"We stayed in this wonderful hotel for 3 days. 2 adults and a child. The owners were very kind and helpful. The cleanliness was impeccable, the dinner varied and excellent in every aspect. As was the breakfast. The spacious room with 3 balconies, warm and welcoming. They provide you with a bag with slippers for the wellness area. The only flaw, in my opinion, is the temperature, cool, of the pool (30/31 degrees). Personally too cold. Also having a 1 and a half year old child, you could tell it wasn't warm. Another suggestion, put a notice in the bathroom explaining where to turn on the heated towel rails that are in the bathroom. But only so you don't have to call reception and say that in our opinion they don't work. And they have to explain over the phone how they work. Ski, bobsleigh and sled rental deposit. At the end of the day the affiliated shop comes to collect them personally. All the services are excellent. We are already thinking about returning next year. We only hope for a few more degrees in the pool."

"My boyfriend and I decided to spend a wellness weekend in this beautiful structure not far from us, we wanted to escape from the city of Trento and I, being a beautician, chose the destination very carefully but not with too many expectations. And instead......SURPRISE..... the SPA is beautiful and well-kept, not excessively large and given the low season not excessively crowded. Refreshment corner with hot and cold herbal teas and small snacks prepared on the premises. But the real gem were the massages. We have never found such competence and professionalism in fact we thought that this jewel deserved a review even if we are not used to leaving one. Deborah, the SPA manager, is an extremely competent colleague, prepared and has golden hands, we have never had such light backs and legs, very attentive even in the SPA to order and organization... she also chose a very high-performance line of cosmetics (she sold me half a showcase ahahah :) ) but it was worth it. The hotel is in a beautiful panoramic position, friendly staff and excellent cuisine too. We will definitely be back. See you soon :)"

"A most friendly hotel with high class reception service also in English . All from buss tables , ski cards, weather information, coffee bringing to the room or a beer to the wellness area. Clean wellness with all you need. Nice renovated rooms and balcony. A lot of parking place , also a big carport. The Marcialonga tracks are 50m from the hotel. Busstop 30m. We visited this hotel for the fifth time and everytime its ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. By Car Passo Lavaze 1 h , Seiser Alm 1:10 and San Pellegrino 15 min. / Mikael."

"I stayed in this hotel from the 22nd to the 26th and had a great time. The owners were very kind and always available, the rooms were functional and always tidy and clean. We had half board, always three first courses and three second courses. For the requested period we were given a one-day discount. We paid 450 euros for the stay for half board."
