"Mini vacation to celebrate my husband's birthday, hotel equipped with every comfort, the deluxe room very nice especially the bed really comfortable and choice of two types of pillows with fridge and safe, super buffet breakfast there is everything and dinner vegetable buffet and then served at the table for the other dishes, not abundant but just right, everything excellent. SPA with free entry for hotel guests including bathrobe slippers kit nice and essential, but the sauna outside really beautiful with a wonderful landscape view and the outdoor pool with warm water not to stay in for a long time, I have to applaud all the staff and the hotel for what it offers and if I were to return to ski in Val di Fassa I would gladly return"

"Very disappointed with a few things. View was semi ok. . There’s other less expensive hotels with a better view. Be prepared for no one to speak English and get zero help!!!! - we paid 35$ euro per person for the dinner and no one spoke English, we didn’t get served we were avoided because we were English. And the meals were wrong because no one understood anything. Good luck unless you speak Italian. Also we upgraded the room to a nicer one. . And they overcharged us double, and when I confronted them saying ******* was 1/2 the price they said oh well. . Like it was my problem. Skip this place all together, the spa is the only nice thing. . Otherwise it’s not worth staying or especially eating and getting ripped off."

"A most friendly hotel with high class reception service also in English . All from buss tables , ski cards, weather information, coffee bringing to the room or a beer to the wellness area. Clean wellness with all you need. Nice renovated rooms and balcony. A lot of parking place , also a big carport. The Marcialonga tracks are 50m from the hotel. Busstop 30m. We visited this hotel for the fifth time and everytime its ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. By Car Passo Lavaze 1 h , Seiser Alm 1:10 and San Pellegrino 15 min. / Mikael."

"I stayed in this hotel from the 22nd to the 26th and had a great time. The owners were very kind and always available, the rooms were functional and always tidy and clean. We had half board, always three first courses and three second courses. For the requested period we were given a one-day discount. We paid 450 euros for the stay for half board."
