Das Chalet Grumer ist ein sehr gepflegtes, mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtetes Haus, das von Alexandra ebenso charmant wie professionell geführt wird. Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich, köstlich, sprich perfekt und das abendliche Menü im „Pippo‘s“ lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die letzten ca. 1,5 km der Anfahrt ab Oberbozen wirken nur beim ersten Mal „etwas“ abenteuerlich, doch für die absolut ruhige Lage, die Entspannung im tollen Spa-Bereich wie den schier atemberaubenden Blick von der Terrasse des Chalets nimmt man das gerne in Kauf. Fazit mit einem Wort - ausgezeichnet!

Wir hatten wundervolle 6 Tage im Chalet Grumer!!! Super freundlich, zuvorkommend und immer hilfsbereit! Das Frühstück war lecker, das Zimmer super sauber und der kleine Spabereich sehr angenehm und kuschelig! Das Essen Abends im Pippos war ein Gedicht sowohl für den Gaumen als auch für das Auge!!! Die Chefs, Alexandra und Philipp sowie Ihr Personal sind super nett. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Unser Hund Nelson hat den Aufenthalt ebenfalls genossen :-)

Wir haben uns sehr wohl- und willkommen gefühlt. Alle sind sehr freundlich, der Service ist toll. Das Frühstück haben wir sehr genossen. Das Ambiente und die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll. Auch der Spabereich ist toll. Gerne wieder!

Struttura indiscutibilmente bella con gestione del personale cortesissimo, però: 1) Colazione povera ed orientata agli amanti del salato (ma povera anche per loro). Priva di scelta perché bisognava spuntare tra un elenco di cose basilari proposto il giorno prima. In un posto cosi' vorresti trovare prodotti artigianali, mentre : succhi industriali, selezione di burro del Trentino (come da loro indicato) consistente in due zollette di burro industriali confezionate, pasticceria costituita da un pezzo mignon ( probabilmente surgelato) ed infine alla richiesta di una torta (assente tra le proposte) mi sono stati serviti due piccolissime fettine di ciambella imbustata (merendine) DECISAMENTE NON CONSIGLIABILE. 2) La cena al ristorante gourmet (totalmente decontestualizzato) prevedeva un antipasto ed un secondo (nonostante il prezzo non fosse basso) da scegliere tra due portate per categoria il mattino per la sera. Nonostante il ristorante avesse menu alla carta e fosse aperto al pubblico, avendo fatto presente di una mia intolleranza, invece di propormi un altro piatto hanno risolto eliminando un ingrediente. 3) anche l'acqua non era compresa nel trattamento di cena mezza pensione. Bella struttura però almeno nella stanza da me occupata con nidi di vespe sul balcone coperto.

Lo Chalet Grumer è stata una piacevolissima sorpresa: abbiamo trascorso 5 giorni immersi nel silenzio e nella tranquillità. Dopo circa un chilometro nel bosco si raggiunge lo Chalet, le camere sono comode e con una meravigliosa vista sulle Dolomiti. La colazione ottima. L'idromassaggio all'aperto è fantastico! Alexandra e il personale sono stati gentili e accoglienti. Torneremo di sicuro

Ich habe bislang keinem Hotel die volle Punktzahl gegeben. Hier ist es ein MUSS, Das kleine Chalet ist ein idealer Ort der Entspannung und des Genusses. Das sehr freundliche und bemühte Inhaberpaar kümmert sich mit viel Herz um die Gäste. Die ruhige Lage ist ideal. Die Suiten sind sehr schön im alpenländischen Stil eingerichtet und haben einen tollen Blick auf die Alpen. Es fehlt an nichts. Ich kann nur empfehlen die Halbpension zu buchen. Es erwartet einen abends ein 5 Gang Menue. Großes Lob an den Koch. Wir waren jeden Abend begeistert. Wir sind mit Hund gereist und können das Haus als hundefreundlich bezeichnen. Wir werden in jedem Fall wieder kommen. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Das Chalet liegt in wunderbarer Alleinlage in den Bergen. Durch die absolute Stille hat man 100 prozentige Garantie auf Erholung. Die Gastgeberin und das Personal sind aufmerksame und freundlich. Die Unterkunft ist absolut empfehlenswert!
