Calm, relaxed and sophisticated place - with sense of luxorius home. Stayed @ Dolomiti room with my hubby. About food - Very good. Especially loved breakfast setup. Thank you! Hope to be back someday.

Everything about this beautiful place fulfilled our expectations that we had taken from the chalet internet home page. Alexandra even gave us more than what we expected with her charms and friendliness.

We spent four nights at Chalet Grumer. The location is a bit out of the center of town, but in my mind all that much better. you likely have a car while traveling in this region, so driving an extra couple miles to the hotel make no difference, except that you have a better view and exceptional privacy. The rooms are meticulously maintained and each of them has a great view, deck, or balcony. The cleaning service is efficient non-disruptive. The breakfasts are simple, but the highest quality of both food and presentation. This ins't a 'full-service' type hotel, so if you expect to have minions of staff buzzing around to cater to you, you will probably be disappointed, however, the service was overall spectacular. Anything you needed was available and all requests were fulfilled promptly (e.g. idea for best driving route to our next destination). There was a 'honesty bar' with snacks and a great selection of drinks available in the dining area 24 hours a day (love the vibe of just trusting your guests) and the spa was great. I am not some big spa guy, but the sauna, steam room, bath combo was used daily. If you are looking for something other than the big hotel with the big local reputation, this is your destination. If you decide to go, enjoy.

Liebevoll, bodenständig, mit allen modernen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattetes wunderhübsches kleines Hotel. 3 km von Oberbozen im Wald gelegen mit traumhaftem Blick. Zum „runterkommen“ genau das Richtige. Wir waren schon 2 x dort. einmal im Herbst und diesmal im Sommer. Jetzt gab es Frühstück im Garten mit diesem traumhaften Blick … Mehr geht doch nicht!

Es war bis dato unser schönster Urlaub. Wir waren jetzt das dritte Mal in ST an verschiedenen Orten/Lage, waren am Meer auf Schiffe und alles hatten ihren Reiz. Aber hier hat für uns inkl. 2 Malteserinnen alles gepasst. Ein Chalet mit einer wunderschönen Lage und Ruhe. Wir haben hier viel Zeit verbracht. Das Frühstück Draußen mit dem Blick ins Tal macht Appetit auf mehr. Die Lage des Chalets ist für uns separat und nicht abgelegen, in ca. 2km ist man in Oberbozen und hier gibt es dann verschiedene Möglichkeiten zur Fortbewegung welche die ＞Seilbahn, mit der man in 12 min. in Bozen ist, ein Erlebnis war. Der Service in Person der Chefin Alexandra sucht seinesgleichen. Sie versucht nach Möglichkeit alle Wünsche der Gäste zu erfüllen und bringt sich auch selbst mit ein, was wir selbst erfahren durften. Hierfür nochmals herzlichen Dank. Wir sagen, man sieht sich im Leben zweimal.
