Hotel Villa Baltica

"The worst place I've ever stayed. A very low standard hotel. The apartment was spacious, but it was unbearably hot. It is located in the attic, on the 4th floor (the lift only reaches the 3rd floor). At temperatures above 20 degrees, the air conditioning is insufficient, which makes the room very stuffy. On the plus side, I can mention the wardrobe, large bedroom and bathroom equipped with a bathtub and shower. Unfortunately, the quality of the finish leaves much to be desired. No coffee machine (only Nescafe sachets available) and coffee cups (there are only two glasses for water). The TV does not work (no TV channel was available in the bedroom). The reception staff was rude and unprofessional, absolutely not at the level of expected hospitality. When I wanted to rent an iron and ironing board, I had to go down to the reception because no one answered the ringing phone for 5 minutes. It turned out that the receptionists were busy talking among themselves, ignoring the ringing phone. We went to the hotel restaurant, where the waiters were talking among themselves and for almost fifteen minutes no one approached us, even though we were the only guests. We gave up and left the restaurant. There was a lot of chaos during breakfast, the tables were dirty. The dishes were not served. The room was not cleaned all day, even though there was no "do not disturb" sign on the door. The room ladies were impertinent. I warn potential guests. Never again!"

The hotel is impeccably maintained, with a keen focus on the finer details, such as fresh cut flowers on every table in the dining area. Parking was a breeze with convenient spaces right outside the hotel. The sauna area was delightful, providing a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring. The bed was exceptionally comfortable with a firm mattress, ensuring a great night's sleep. Even the sofa bed was perfect for our teenagers. Thank you for a flawless stay. We will definitely be returning!"

Sentoza Sopot

"Stayed here for two nights with husband and mom. The room was large enough for a king bed and sofa bed. The bathroom is big with a shower. The balcony is nice and has 2 chairs. The tv has a very large selection of channels. The staff is amazing especially Marcin at check in. You only have to take a short walk to the beach. The walk to the Sopot Molo (pier) is about 1/2 mile. The hotel is in a quiet area. I recommend walking towards the Molo on the street behind the hotel which is a very nice cobblestone road. Close to the Molo you will find various restaurants and shops. It is also close to Monte Cassino (square and street with shops, restaurants) and the Crooked House."
