The property though situated in the center of Tezpur town feels totally secluded from the hustle and bustle of the town. It being surrounded by lush greenery of bamboo adds to it's charm and creates an ambiance of being situated in the midst of a nature. The property as a whole is very well maintained and the people associated with it right from the front desk to the attending staffs are very courteous and helpful. The food servered in the in house restaurant is very well prepared & tasty and also reasonable priced and infact the menu covers a wide range of local, indian, oriental and continental cusine . The rooms are very comfortable and spacious and either looks upon the lawn or the bamboo grove depending upon the side the rooms are situated. The deluxe and suite rooms are excellent and very elegantly decorated and spacious. Although the only hiccup seems to be the complimentary breakfast which not only lacks variety but the food items gets exausted within a short span of time inspite of the fact that the duration of the complimentary breakfast is almost 3 hours commencing from 7.30am till 10.30am.

Had a very pleasant experience during my stay at the Hotel. The building is gorgeous, and the interior are too good. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. Specially I need to thank Ms Namitha, Ms Deepa and Ms Bermali for the maintenance of the rooms. The breakfast buffet was a great start to each day Also the staff Ms Rani Roy, Ms Kajol and Ms Leena at the MYNAHS dining room. They went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown!"

Amazing service and food and good rooms Enjoyed staying. Rinchin very cooperative and supportive. She really made the stay amazing. Will visit the property again and recommend other people to stay here. Value for money. Dinner and breakfast taste good.

Had a wonderful experience at greenwood hotel Tezpur room were top notch and everything was clean and tidy staffs were really nice and helpful especially shiva was very nice at the reception he helped alot while checking in and during our whole stay I will recommend everyone to prefer your stay here in Tezpur

The food was amazing! Ambience is the best in Tezpur. And the waitress Ms Lina was excellent host. Very good experience overall. We took starters and main course and was great. Starter was Chicken Tikka and Corn fried with Salt and pepper which was so yummy. Main course Mutton Rogan Josh , Pomfret Fry and Paneer were very tasty. Loved the food.

It has been just a week that I have checked in for my first and longest stay in this hotel. I am happy to share the kind and friendly hospitality of the staff. Especially appreciated the hospitality by Ms. Jaya, Ms. Barnali, Ms. Purnima and Ms. Anita for keeping the room and surrounding near and clean. Happy Staycation till now!! Keep up!
