服務態度很不好，硬要按金200，不是給不起，是我們一般住五星級酒店2000/4000，都不壓的，為了這個翻臉比翻書快，不過也能理解，訂房的時候要求無煙和不要邊角落的房子，結果煙味太大了，早上被外面吵醒，要知道我們自駕過來時候已經晚上12點多了。早餐很少沒有什麼人。電熱水壺是壞的，也沒有服務人員管。現在這些做經濟型住宿的真的是為了賺錢什麼都不顧了。建議避坑

酒店不算老，但是設施設備問題多，坐個電梯還沒到，就在其他樓層停着不會動了，然後一直開門關門，有點恐怖。早餐廳麪包機一起烤的麪包，一塊烤糊的不行，一塊就沒烤到。餐飲部也是打幾次電話才有人接，然後點餐説是比較忙等回覆看能不能做，就沒有下文了，也不回覆。等了二十分鐘又打餐飲部電話，又説等回覆，不可能讓客人一直餓着等吧。不能點餐就儘快回覆，在忙也不至於半個小時回句話的時間都沒有。完全打消了住幾天都在酒店吃飯的念頭。
住的房間有蟲子到處飛，還會飛到床上，一夜沒睡就打蟲子了。跟前台要殺蟲劑，客房部送來了滅蚊器，又跟客房部要殺蟲劑，客房讓跟前台要，又打電話給前台，客房才送來殺蟲劑，不能一步到位嗎？整個過程前台也不會詢問需不需要換房間，也沒有説房間有蟲派人來處理。酒店挺大，但是管理上還是有很多問題。

去考試，考試周邊的酒店都被訂完了而且價格超級高，這個酒店雖然離考試的地方遠些，但看評價好，入住後乾淨衞生安靜，停車位多，早餐豐盛，酒店配置的洗漱用品質量也很好。總之值得推薦

五一去往嵩明周邊遊，酒店前台服務不錯，給我們提供免費冰飲料，還給小孩子送了公仔，孩子特別高興，媽媽也特別高興，去了東村和大石頭水庫，看了紅軍廚房，原來紅軍長征的時候是路過嵩明的，明天還要去羊街看看飛虎隊的機場。讓孩子受一下教育。

設施：酒店設施非常完善，車位很多，停車方便，二樓的餐廳味道很棒，價格也實惠。
衞生：房間很乾凈，衞生間和浴室清潔的很細緻。
環境：應該算是嵩明這個價位環境最好的酒店了，妥妥的四星級水平。
服務：酒店員工的服務態度都很好，服務效率很高，詢問了很多酒店服務以外事情也沒有絲毫的不耐煩。
