Location is 1 min walk to the beach, which is great. Helpful staff. The hotel is old, not that attractive anymore.

- Vị trí khu resort n*** tại Bãi Xép, yên tĩnh và cách biệt với thành phố.
- Chất lượng phòng tốt, cơ sở vật chất mới và xịn xò. Khu khách sạn cũng không quá khác biệt với khu căn hộ.
- Đồ ăn siêu ngon và vị Âu rất chuẩn. Ăn sáng buffet đa dạng lựa chọn và chất lượng cao.
- Biển riêng của resort sạch và an toàn. Buổi tối còn có chương trình ca nhạc để thư giãn lúc ăn tối.

Die Anlage sieht sehr sauber, gepflegt und hochwertig aus. Allerdings ist die Ausstattung im Zimmer sehr oberflächlich schön, eher klapprig und unstabil (Lampen). Im Bad läuft das Wasser leider beim Duschen komplett ins Schlafzimmer rein.  Der Swimmingpool wird leider nur oberflächlich gepflegt. Eine richtige Absaugung von Schmutz und Sand ist nicht gegeben. Somit ist das Wasser trüb und man hat nicht so wirklich das gute Gefühl dort zu schwimmen. Der Strand selbst ist wunderschön und Menschen leer.  Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und in Ordnung. Allerdings ist uns aufgefallen, dass beispielsweise Obst, was nicht verwertet wurde, in den kommenden Tagen immer noch auf dem Teller lagen… 
Der Service ist gut und sehr hilfsbereit.
Insgesamt ist die Hotelanlage leider recht abgelegen von der Stadt. 20- 30 Minuten Fahrt. Taxis in die Stadt muss man extra beim Hotel buchen, da über Grab kein Taxi extra dort hinfährt, es sei denn, du buchst es irgendwo bei einem privaten Taxiunternehmen. Das Essen im Restaurant ist in Ordnung allerdings recht teuer.
Wir würden das Hotel aus oben genannten Gründen nicht weiter empfehlen.

We booked Seaside Boutique with high hopes, but our experience was very disappointing. When we arrived the place felt empty and like a ghost town. You’re not allowed to bring in outside food, so we ate dinner at the restaurant — we were the only guests there and the staff were unhelpful and rude.
The facilities were in terrible condition. The outdoor furniture and beach chairs were broken, the deck was unsafe for children, and the advertised “beautiful playground” was rusted and falling apart. They also advertised a kids’ room, but it simply didn’t exist. The pool was dirty, cloudy, and unmanned, and the beach was littered with rubbish and polystyrene.
Events advertised by the hotel never took place. The air-conditioning in our room was set at 16°C and blasting, yet it still didn’t cool the space. On top of all this, the hotel is isolated — it was extremely difficult to get a taxi from the property.
We ended up checking out two days early with no refund. Unfortunately, this was one of the most misleading and disappointing hotel stays we’ve had in Vietnam. I wouldn’t recommend this property, especially for families with children.
