Need some renovation, everything is old and worn out, bad ventilation, strange and unpolite staff, long wait in reception, they gave us wrong room, not that I’ve paid for. Not worth the money that we paid for it! Strange flags in the front of hotel what made many questions from my yungest child!

The breakfast was outstanding! And the staff was really nice, I would recommend this place. And it was nice that the breakfast was 1 hour more due to Ed Sheeran concert

The crew is very polite , the restaurant is the best, good food nice crew. Reception is very friendly And helpful , I enjoy my stay every time I am at Scandic Järva krog.

We had such a bad experience that we plan to not return for future visits. When we checked into our room there were potato chips on the floor. The cleaner did not clean them. The lobby had many guests and 2 receptionists so we decided to clean it ourselves. That evening we decided to ride the bikes. While riding bike number 7 the chain unexpectedly came off the rail and the back tire locked. We had to carry the bike 2 kilometers back to the hotel. The hallway rug on the 10th floor was full of food and bread crumbs, as it had not been vacuumed in a very long time. At the breakfast the lady working there rudely demanded to know our room number. She did not ask other guests around us what their room numbers were. While we were still eating our breakfast another employee kept coming to our table to remove our dishes even though we were not done with the breakfast. The girl at the Reception who initially checked of us was very kind. She was the only positive experience we had. Do to the overall bad experiences we decided to not return to Scandic Järva krog again.

It was a trip with me and my brothers family we did the booking together so we could have the same experience the staff was vwry nice and we loved our stay there but there was diffrences in my and my brithers room we didnt have a mini fridge like in their room also the tv wasnt working in our room but other then that everything was lovely. Loved their gym, sauna and the jacuzzi it was an amazing experience overall
