Tråkig attityd.
Personalen vid utcheckning var väldigt otrevliga när vi frågade om parkeringen. Personalen vid incheckning informerade inte om att parkering betalades vid ankomst utan hänvisade bara till en app, vilket gjorde att vi utgick från att man som på strawberry arena betalade vid utcheckning. Resulterade i 1200 kr i böter som hade kunnat förhindras om personalen varit lite serviceminded och tagit sig tiden (20 sekunder) att förklara lite bättre. När vi frågade vid utcheckning hur vi skulle betala fick vi ett spydigt svar tillbaka.
