Salino Port Soller

The food and service were excellent. Hotel spotlessly clean. Fabulous location with stunning views from our room on the 3rd floor.

Felt at home from the second we walked through the door. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Room was perfect with a beautiful view across the bay. Breakfast was so delicious. We had munch and dinner whilst we were there and it was fantastic Pool area was great. Plenty of space. Great bar and tables for Lodi’s or they were happy to bring it to your bed. Really want to come back.

Lovely hotel, amazing views and staff very helpful.

the food was good, fairly over priced - as an example a ceaser salad was £21 euro. the rooms were nice. views from the room were nice and very close to all amenities. if it wasn't for being miss sold the room we would have given a 4 star, however at £470 per night a welcome pack explaining everything would be good, we were literally handed room keys told which floor to go and that was it, no info on breakfast, spa, dining times. They miss sold out room, be careful when booking a junior suite, every photo shows a picture of a bath however when we arrived we were given a room without a bath like pictured, we arrive at 1am and after checking into the room I went immediately down to reception, the guy on reception said come back at 8am to sort out the room as he agreed it was not as pictured, I said I wanted a partial refund for the room, as it was miss sold and he agreed. I went back at 8am to be told there was nothing they could do. I said if they didn't change our room I would call amex and escalate, as soon as I mentioned this, they changed our room. to be fair to the manager they were quite good, however I still have not received a refund and I will be contacting amex. I have uploaded pictures of first room and second room and there is a very clear difference. what a shame they lied on their booking app.

We stayed at this hotel early July and I can’t praise it enough. Room was fabulous with a huge bathroom. We had a deluxe room and the sea view was absolutely wonderful. Breakfast was excellent. Plenty of sunbeds and very good staff. We will definitely return. Thank you to all at the hotel.
