The hotel itself is a fairly nice property, however, the service was very unprofessional. The worst part was when our room door was opened by a staff member at 1 AM while we were in bed. It was loud and frightened us. This was a serious invasion of privacy and ruined our whole experience. The explanation provided was not satisfactory and the token offer to make up for it is offensive to me. I would stay away as there are many other opinions in the same area.

Felt at home from the second we walked through the door. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Room was perfect with a beautiful view across the bay. Breakfast was so delicious. We had munch and dinner whilst we were there and it was fantastic
Pool area was great. Plenty of space. Great bar and tables for Lodi’s or they were happy to bring it to your bed.
Really want to come back.

Das Hotel ist gut im Port de Soller gelegen. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers ist TOP! Das Frühstück sehr, sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Danke an Mikchaela für den hervorragenden Service!

Spend a few nights at the Hotel Solomon Port Soller while on holiday in Mallorca. Could not have been more pleased. Rooms for comfortable and offered stunning views of the harbor, promenade and surrounding mountains. An easy walk to everything in Port Soller and a 15 minute walk to the tram that takes you to Soller and to the train to Palma de Mallorca. Staff were amazing. Pleasant, attentive, helpful. They embody what staff at a five-star hotel should offer. Breakfast was well planned and offered a variety of options. Never ran out of items and the customer order items were prepared expertly. I’m surprised this is only a 4-star hotel. Can’t wait to come back.

Quality hotel situated on the quiet side of the bay. We had a Junior suite Mountain view on the 3rd floor. Room was lovely, very comfortable, brilliant walk-in shower and massive bed. For us the only negatives were the view from the balcony. We could see the tops of the mountains but most of the view is obscured by the solarium terrace with other guests sunbathing who can see directly onto your balcony. Wish there had been a kettle in the room with a selection of tea, coffee etc. The expresso coffee machine with a tiny cup of coffee didn't do it for us. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. The staff were always friendly, welcoming and helpful.
