Lugar, servicio, profesionalidad, trato del personal, todo de 10 repetiria sin dudarlo. El puerto de Sóller de por sí es precioso, pero el lugar en el que se encuentra el hotel en primera línea y con esas vistas hace que su valor aumente, si a esto le sumas a su personal, pues una matrícula de honor

Séjour en demi-teinte
Déçu par rapport aux avis de l'établissement. Nous avions reservé une suite qui se trouve dans un bâtiment séparé à 100 m de l'hôtel principal. Insonorisation très mauvaise, réveillé à 7h30 par les claquements de porte et les bruits dans l'escalier. Piscine pas très conviviale qui se trouve entre plusieurs immeubles. La propreté semblait ok sauf la douche particulièrement sale (cheveux des précédents voyageurs sur la douche pluie). Nous l'avons signalé à l'accueil sans réelle excuse en retour. Quelques points positifs : localisation de l'hôtel avec la plage de Port Soller, qualité du buffet petit dejeuner. En conclusion, un séjour de 4 nuits un peu amère. Environ 200€/nuit, le rapport qualité/prix n'est pas bon. Un peu plus de transparence concernant la localisation de la suite dans un bâtiment séparé et la vue ville serait appreciable à ce prix.

Wonderful hotel. Spotlessly clean. Only there for 2 nights but will definitely be back. Initially had a room at the back, with not the best view (but lovely room if you're not bothered about the balcony view). We requested an upgrade to a sea view and so pleased we did. Stunning view, large enough balcony. One of the comfiest beds I've slept in abroad. Breakfast was outstanding. Variety was plentiful, really well set out, delicious. Lovely hotel in a stunning location

Hôtel très bien situé en bord de mer avec une belle terrasse pour boire et se restaurer . Super accueil à notre arrivée avec Gregory. La chambre en revanche fut bruyante ( on entend les va et vient et les gens au dessus + toilettes ). Le petit déjeuner en revanche est vraiment très complet et bon.
La piscine est dans un autre lieu à proximité de l’hôtel.

My trip in Port de Soller was truly made a success by Gregory- the kindest, most attentive receptionist I have ever met. It was my mom’s birthday, and he made sure to run a bottle of champagne to my room before she got there, he helped us prepare the sauna, he suggested an amazing resturaunt for dinner, and he helped me tend to my sprained ankle with ice and and a medical wrap. We only stayed for one night within our travels around Mallorca, but he has left a lasting experience, and I hope to visit Port de Soller again. Much appreciation to Gregory for making me and my mom feel like home! Wishing you a happy birthday as well!

Bel établissement, mais attention, l’hôtel est composé de 2 bâtiments, à env 50m… le 2eme est en second plan donc pas vue sur mer mais dans la rue. Chambre spacieuse, insonorisation moyenne, mais peu bruyante vis à vis de la rue. Petit déjeuner agréable. Dommage que la chambre pour 3 ne soit pas déjà prête à notre arrivée.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the breakfast was the best I've ever had, featuring local Mallorca specialties. The staff was incredibly friendly and always helpful. A special shoutout to the receptionist, Aliane—she was not only extremely competent but also stunningly beautiful, truly the best person on Mallorca! The hotel's location is fantastic, making it a perfect choice. I stayed for three nights with a colleague for cycling, and the hotel even had a garage available for bicycles—super convenient!
