"2star for the decent rooms apart from the constant banging and renovating from other guests , its like everybody compete in who is the loudest ! I lost a very expensive make up mirror that mysterisouly dissapeared from my room and i spotted several STAINS on my brand new jacket!! The place was very shady & random banging sounds , one of the female cleaner was trying 2 be as rude as possible and arrogant when we ask for new towels she was pretend like she dont speak swedish but she understand "Nya Handdukar""

"Our group of friends from Vietnam had a wonderful experience staying at voco Stockholm - Kista by IHG during our recent trip to Stockholm. From the moment we arrived, the hotel impressed us with its modern and stylish design. The lobby and common areas felt bright, welcoming, and very well maintained. It set a great tone for the whole stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. We all appreciated the comfortable beds and spacious layout — perfect after long days of sightseeing and exploring the city. Housekeeping kept everything spotless throughout our stay, and we always came back to a fresh, neat room. The hotel’s location was also convenient, with easy access to public transport, shops, restaurants, and the airport area. It made getting around Stockholm quick and stress-free for our group. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of hot and cold options that helped start each day well. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful whenever we needed assistance or local tips. Overall, our stay at voco Stockholm - Kista was enjoyable and comfortable. "Had a good stay at this hotel. Arrived in the evening, the receptionist could’ve been a bit more friendly. Room was in a building that was recently refurbished. Nice bad. Interior was a bit heavy to digest. My room had no airconditioning, and was quite warm despite the weather being average. In summer time it will be boiling hot, as the roof was made of zinc. Breakfast was okay and that brings me to my biggest point of feedback: I would say this hotel does not really cater to international (business) travellers as English was very sparsely used on signs. As a Dutchman, I could save myself quite a bit with word recognition. But information about things could be a bit more bilingual. Especially the hotel’s information guide which was about 75% in Swedish. The surroundings of the hotel, are beautiful. The view on the Edsviken inlet, stunning."
