"The staff were great and friendly, except for one guy who was generally unpleasant to me and didn't even answer my question. He was also rude to others in line before me. I don't remember his name, but it was something with 'Ed'. Otherwise, everything was 100/100. My only suggestions are for more space for massages or facials, etc., and that it should state clearly when booking that spa treatments need to be booked well in advance. We thought we could just book them on the spot, but we were informed then that you need to do it in good time. 😊😊😊"
