I want to give a special thanks to Ángel and Joseph at the front desk for their kindness and outstanding service from the moment I arrived. Thanks to them, my experience at Hard Rock was amazing. I got a great room, very comfortable and with a beautiful view. They truly made my stay even more special. Thank you both!

Very helpful staff. William , Afa from the pool concierge team are great. Food is great. Amenities are clean. Roberto, Mauricio and Johnson at the market were excellent.

Le Petit Cochon never ceases to amaze. The French inspired food is wonderful, atmosphere is chill, and servers (specifically Leonardo) all are attentive to your needs and go the extra mile to show you how important your are - whether its celebrating an event or just spending time with your love!

We had such a wonderful stay at Hard Rock Riviera Maya! The resort itself is stunning, but what really made our trip special was the incredible staff. Everyone we encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We especially want to give a huge shout-out to Otto in the entertainment team and Javier from the Market restaurant for their outstanding service. I also want to thank Enrique for his warm welcome and making sure we felt safe and had everything we needed. They all went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, and their warmth and professionalism really stood out. Their kindness truly elevated our experience, and we can’t thank them enough. The amenities in the hotel were amazing. There was a variety of entertainment and different restaurants and everyone made us feel so special. Hard Rock Riviera Maya is not only beautiful but also filled with people who genuinely care about their guests. We left with so many happy memories and can’t wait to return. Highly recommended!

Otto was ‘bloody brilliant’ - the MJ show was great, there was a great variety of food. I had a great time and can’t wait to come back!

Loved the Hotel. Especially enjoyed the waiters at both Wai and Umo, Nico and Frankie went above and beyond each time we were lucky to have them at our tables. They took it upon themselves to serve us different appetizers, main meals and desserts and we weren't disappointed. They made our visit to these restaurants extra special.
