The team at Surf ride were amazing! Kevin, Amairany, Jaqueline, Andres were so supportive and encouraging with tips on how to surf. The supervisor Lalo was also helpful with supporting his team. I would totally recommend having this experience and if you haven’t left yet never surfed before I would recommend taking a lesson from one of the team

This is a great resort. I was here for the Dr. Joe Dispenza, seven day long retreat and the staff both at the arena and the hotel were excellent. I will be coming back again with my family and probably next year to do another retreat.

We love Barceló! We have been going to this resort for last 15 years, sometime 2 times a year. The staff is wonderful, especially Liliana Martinez and Saylor and Carlos in Captain Morgan, Juliana and Gilbert in the buffet and many others. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Acres of swimming pools. Long, white sand beach ….great snorkeling with turtles.

This was my first trip to Mexico and the Barcelo Maya Caribe. The resort is 1 of 6 resorts on the property. I stayed at the Caribe for one week and my biggest regret is I should’ve booked a 2 week stay. From the moment I stepped off the transfer and walked onto the property the staff were so welcoming, kind and respectful. They are super helpful when I had questions or needed help. I had access to almost every restaurant on the mega resort. I ate at a few different buffets, 4 à la cartes, saw some evening shows, swam with sea turtles and went parasailing. My fondest memories are swimming in the bar pool in front of the Caribe. I made new friends, had drank bottomless mango margaritas and participated in some of the pool activities.

Santos in the Caribe buffet is very attentive and pleasant to talk with. Very willing to go the extra effort to make your meal great.

5 out of . It was lovely. We came with 3 couples and it was fantastic for all of us. We try to escape a couple times a year and end up back to this area twice a year to multiple hotels. Dondel Jimenez was fabulous for playing cornhole at the adjacent hotel.

This location was amazing!!! Angel helped us set up our wedding and was the bomb! Everyone we came in contact with was friendly and helpful. We will absolutely come back!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff at the Buffet, especially during breakfast and lunch, were so nice and personable. The beach was beautiful and there was plenty of seating in the shade. They take really good care of the grounds on the beach and around the resort. There were a decent amount of things for my kids to do, but they tended to stay in the pool most of the time. I liked that a couple resorts over was a nice sized water park with slides for the kids to play at that didn’t cost extra. The price for the pirate ship park at the Caribe was too high for us for a family of 6. Overall it was a nice stay.
