We loved our stay here! Beautiful, expansive property with lots of greenery, wildlife, pools, and beach options. Tons of variety for food and entertainment. We especially enjoyed the spa and padel courts. Highly recommend!

I recently celebrated my seven-year wedding anniversary with a 5-night stay at TRS Yucatan hotel, and it exceeded all expectations. The staff's exceptional treatment made our experience truly memorable. Special kudos to the remarkable team at El Gaucho—Amayde Cruz, Ingrid Martinez, and our outstanding waiter, who we unfortunately did not get the name of, along with Fernanda Pichardo. Rosa from Villa 70 treated us to 5 star treatment, cleaning our room and doing turn down service everyday with the highest quality. Our butlers (Emilio, Estefanía and Daniel) were also really phenomenal! The resort surprised us with a lavish dinner on our last evening, making us feel like royalty. The tranquil and peaceful atmosphere added to the perfection of our stay. Highly recommend for a special occasion or a luxurious getaway! Thank you to the whole TRS team for the most spectacular time and making us feel like royalty every single day!

Great experience in this restaurant. The atmosphere is very welcoming & relaxing. The food is fantastic & very tasty but save room for the tiramisu as it is out of the world. Our waiter Marcos was absolutely fantastic at making our night the great experience that it was. Will definitely be visiting again

Recepción: la mejor atención y recibimiento con el equipo , Concepción súper atenta y amable con calidez en el servicio al cliente. También Enrique Butler muy amable . A nuestra llegada el equipo de botones excelente , resaltando a Héctor quien durante toda la estancia tuvo una sonrisa para nosotros , Alonso también muy agradable y servicial en nuestros traslados . El servicio de Mayordomía , hace que tu estancia tenga la mejor experiencia atendiendo dudas y necesidades de manera rápida, agradecimiento especial a los mayordomos Alfredo, René y Alexis quienes nos ofrecieron apoyo 24/7. Las albercas son muy limpias y frescas en la temperatura perfecta . Podría mejorar añadir alguna pérgola o más árboles solo a una parte de las albercas para quiénes no deseamos tanto sol. Restaurante Helios: el mejor para desayunar, además de ser muy bonito. felicitaciones especiales a: Chef Roberto por su excelente servicio y cocina deliciosa , Lourdes por su calidéz que ayuda a mejorar la experiencia del comensal y Omar y Edwin por su atención y servicio como meseros en todo momento al comensal . Área de oportunidad en la refrigeración de jugos naturales y suavidad del T-bone. Restaurante Gaucho: delicioso todo en la cena , el churrasco fue lo mejor . Excelente profesionalismo del mesero Adrián y su gerente quien estuvo pendiente en todo momento . Mejora del Gaucho: posiblemente la música para ambientar mejor el lugar y mejorar la iluminación para dar más vida al restaurante. Restaurante Capricho: excelente sabor y presentación . La crema de vegetales fue todo un éxito y la carne es buenísima . Habitaciones: hermosas y privadas, solo les falta aromatizante ambiental. Recomendable añadir un banquito en los baños para personas bajitas. El servicio de limpieza es impecable, la comida a la habitación es de lo más rico , felicidades ! Los shows en general muy buenos e innovadores para todos los gustos . Excelente trabajo del equipo de entretenimiento.
