I recently celebrated my seven-year wedding anniversary with a 5-night stay at TRS Yucatan hotel, and it exceeded all expectations. The staff's exceptional treatment made our experience truly memorable. Special kudos to the remarkable team at El Gaucho—Amayde Cruz, Ingrid Martinez, and our outstanding waiter, who we unfortunately did not get the name of, along with Fernanda Pichardo. Rosa from Villa 70 treated us to 5 star treatment, cleaning our room and doing turn down service everyday with the highest quality. Our butlers (Emilio, Estefanía and Daniel) were also really phenomenal! The resort surprised us with a lavish dinner on our last evening, making us feel like royalty. The tranquil and peaceful atmosphere added to the perfection of our stay. Highly recommend for a special occasion or a luxurious getaway! Thank you to the whole TRS team for the most spectacular time and making us feel like royalty every single day!

We loved our stay here! Beautiful, expansive property with lots of greenery, wildlife, pools, and beach options. Tons of variety for food and entertainment. We especially enjoyed the spa and padel courts. Highly recommend!

How can you not give this place 5 stars !!! wow, excellent holiday and amazing hotel. We stayed at TRS, which is the highest of the three hotels in terms of services, tbh there isn't much difference between the three, so any of them would have ticked the boxes, assuming you get access to all the amenities ? Like the spa and all the pools etc. Pros and cons, Pro's - huge hotel, loads of different restaurants, lots of beaches and things to do. Amazing and professional cabaret shows on offer, lots of wildlife running around, and friendly staff. The butlers are amazing, and a big thanks to them. Housekeeping also needs another thank you ! Con's- We discovered lots of news places in the hotel on our last day that we wanted to visit but was very big, would have been good to have had a tour of the facilities, The trips you can book are excellent, like "chichen itza" and "turtles experience" both can be booked with many others from the hotel, however, be aware that dispite what they say they are a full day or majourity day out of the hotel when you consider both travel time and pick up/collection. They are still worth visiting though !! Overall, amazing place and well worth visiting.

TRS Yucatán is a 5-star experience. The foods the service, the resort, the nature, and the people who serve us are the BEST! We come back time and again, never disappointed. We love the staff and always look forward to seeing them again. Back in April for our wedding anniversary. ❤️❤️❤️

The experience at the TRS Yucatán was amazing! Everyone was so friendly and helpful and the place is beautiful! Our butlers were Richardo and Maggie and they could not have done more to make our stay wonderful! Daniel took us everywhere we wanted to go and was like a member of our family. Natalia and Shelia with the Palladium Travel Club took extra care of us and helped us with our trip to the airport after the vacation was over. Shelia made your trip free as I had canceled my previous scheduled ride. Natalia was always present and went out of her way to make sure we got to where we wanted to go! Alfredo with the Palladium Travel Club helped is become members and I was very pleased with his help. All of the wait staff at the pools and restaurants made sure our glasses were always full. We are already planning our next trip there!! I could not recommend them more!

Last night we experienced the Chic carbaret and all I can say is WOW. The pre show teases you to what experience you will encounter however I didn't realise these dancers/singers would entertain you for 3 hours none stop. I've seen a few westend shows and this for me was maybe a better experience. Our waiter Carlos kept our drinks topped up and explained every course served to us. I thought the food was very good hot food being HOT and cold being COLD ( personal bonus to me). Loved everything about this experience, well done guys highlight of my holiday so far.
