I recently celebrated my seven-year wedding anniversary with a 5-night stay at TRS Yucatan hotel, and it exceeded all expectations. The staff's exceptional treatment made our experience truly memorable. Special kudos to the remarkable team at El Gaucho—Amayde Cruz, Ingrid Martinez, and our outstanding waiter, who we unfortunately did not get the name of, along with Fernanda Pichardo. Rosa from Villa 70 treated us to 5 star treatment, cleaning our room and doing turn down service everyday with the highest quality. Our butlers (Emilio, Estefanía and Daniel) were also really phenomenal! The resort surprised us with a lavish dinner on our last evening, making us feel like royalty. The tranquil and peaceful atmosphere added to the perfection of our stay. Highly recommend for a special occasion or a luxurious getaway! Thank you to the whole TRS team for the most spectacular time and making us feel like royalty every single day!

We loved our stay here! Beautiful, expansive property with lots of greenery, wildlife, pools, and beach options. Tons of variety for food and entertainment. We especially enjoyed the spa and padel courts. Highly recommend!

The location seems to take about 1 hour and 20 minutes from the airport, and the facilities are a bit outdated. However, the food in the restaurants is delicious.

The experience at the TRS Yucatán was amazing! Everyone was so friendly and helpful and the place is beautiful! Our butlers were Richardo and Maggie and they could not have done more to make our stay wonderful! Daniel took us everywhere we wanted to go and was like a member of our family. Natalia and Shelia with the Palladium Travel Club took extra care of us and helped us with our trip to the airport after the vacation was over. Shelia made your trip free as I had canceled my previous scheduled ride. Natalia was always present and went out of her way to make sure we got to where we wanted to go! Alfredo with the Palladium Travel Club helped is become members and I was very pleased with his help. All of the wait staff at the pools and restaurants made sure our glasses were always full. We are already planning our next trip there!! I could not recommend them more!

Julio, Manuel, Alain and Omar were incredible and helpful waiters at Helios. We visited Helios for breakfast and lunch during the majority of our 2 week stay at TRS Yucatan, it was the best food with so many great options. We tried lots of things off the menu including the aurora spagwtti and mojito salmon which were favourites. Then the buffet had a lot of tasty options. The staff were great, always on hand to help. Always topping up your drinks and recommending different things to try. Thank you team !

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at TRS Yucatán! From start to finish, everything was seamless, relaxing, and luxurious. Helios quickly became our favourite spot — we loved it so much we went for breakfast, lunch, and even a few dinners! The food, atmosphere, and service were all incredible. A special shout-out to Martha, who made every visit feel so welcoming and personal, as well as Jeobany and Rodrigo, who were always attentive and friendly. We also had an amazing dinner at El Gaucho — the steak was delicious and cooked to perfection. The infinity pool was a highlight — peaceful, stunning views, and plenty of space to unwind. We also really appreciated how easy it was to get around the resort thanks to the golf carts, which were always quick, convenient, and accessible. We’re already dreaming about our next visit — can’t wait to come back!

Last night, we had dinner at the Cenote. Alexis was an amazing maitre D for the evening. He made sure that we were completely taken care of the entire night. Our evening began with a traditional Mayan marriage blessing by a shaman. Following the blessing, after we had a mini photo shoot. The pictures turned out beautifully! The food was amazing. The atmosphere was private and incredibly romantic. It is hard to believe we were able to get a reservation, but it seems like the Cenote dinner experience is the best kept secret at the TRS Yucatan. There is an extra charge for this experience, but it will be the most memorable part of our anniversary vacation.
