Staff is super nice and ready to help at any time. The location of the resort is very convenient and close to everything, including beaches, shopping, restaurants and endless attractions throughout the San Diego area

I enjoyed this resort very much. Great customer service and safety are key to vacationing which this resort did well. Just a little more updating will make this a near 5.

Room was great. We had pull out couch with its own bathroom and separate room & bathroom for the bedroom. Great having fridge & microwave. Outdoor deck had table & chairs. Did not like the noise of the upstairs guests making noise at 6:00 in the morning. Also, did not like that maid entered room at 10:30 before check out and didn’t even KNOCK!!!!! Outdoor great pool and fun things to do for family, movie night, ping pong, fire pit. Perfect for walking to the horse races.

This was our family reunion so it was overall okay because my in laws brought food and anything we may need. However, i would not stay here as a place for vacation. I think it's too pricey for what it is. No view. A bit too far to walk to the beach with kids. There is no breakfast and the front desk lady is not very friendly. The man however is really nice. They have free self service laundry, 1 ping pong table, club house, 1 swimming pool, & a jacuzzi.
The room is ok but appliances are outdated and the floor always feels sticky for at least the past 4 years we have been coming here. It may be cleaning solution they use. Utensil holders need better cleaning.

The location for us could not have been better. We had a wonderful trip, No pressured sales pitch.One of the best RCI places we've ever stayed in.
