Not again !! So dirty Breakfast a Desaster. Dirty plates. Bathroom not in the room. Room really dirty.

I slept there last night with my husband and child. It was totally perfect, the room was very clean and it warmed up very quickly. There was no noise, the staff was very friendly. We will definitely come back,we have saved the Adresse in our Navi.The Preis was verry good to.

I am personally shocked! Save your money and just don't! Everything was horrible! The experience was a total disappointment ! Family friendly is a cruel joke! The bathrooms are on the floor, they are dirty!!! the smell lingers ...the room, you can't call it a room is very small, dirty, no AC!!!! , the window must stay open at all times other ways you are going to die fron how hot it is . I just don't recommend it !!! Very noisy, and the staff are completely rude ! It was a horrible experience and NEVER AGAIN!

I’ve been a loyal customer of Accor hotels, staying with them weekly for the past three years. Recently, I made a reservation by mistake in this hotel and called their customer service within ten minutes to request a cancellation. Despite explaining the situation, I was told that only the manager could cancel it, and he was on vacation. I was advised to email him, which I did, but received no response. When I followed up with Accor’s customer care, they reviewed my case but refused to cancel the reservation, citing their non-refundable policy. I understand policies, but given my loyalty and the promptness of my request, I expected better support. Ignoring emails from loyal customers is not in line with the service standards I’ve come to expect from Accor. This experience has been disappointing, and I’m sharing this to highlight how even loyal customers can be left feeling unsupported.
