The broken chair in the room is a tetanus shot waiting to happen. This is advertised as a non-smoking hotel and room 310 reeks of cigarette smoke. I understand updates are expensive, but some type of update needs to be done to that hotel room to give it new life. One possible update that could be done is replacing the lights with something that actually gives the guest light. It was so dark in my room with all the lights on. I wasn’t sure if I was putting eyeshadow on my eyelids or my forehead. For the love of all things sacred, please update your toilets with taller toilets, very few of us living in this world are 5 foot tall. Sitting down on a squatty toilet makes me feel as if I went to an elementary school to use the bathroom. I contemplated calling the front desk for assistance standing up with these old, decrepit knees of mine from that super short toilet. Every one of the lounge chairs surrounding the pool are broken, this hotel is setting themselves up for liability if someone injured by one of those broken chairs. On another note, the staff at the hotel is all above and beyond super nice! I could not ask for better employees at a place I’m staying!

Property overrated ! The front desk displayed many awards and accolades from 8 or more years ago. Does not appear that owners have spent a penny on upgrades or maintenance. Trash cans by front entrance overflowing. Carpet old dingy, furniture dilapidated. Air freshener canisters everywhere to hide the musty mildew odor. Towel rack fell off , Used Q-tip on bathroom floor. On positive note: price was affordable, staff was friendly and breakfast hot and fresh.

My room door didn’t work at first then the toilet had a bug and poop stinks in it. The AC wasn’t working so we had to wait until they fixed it.

TV remote did not work, bathtub had rust on it hidden by the shower curtain and hole in the wall by the tub. Bed was very uncomfortable probably due to it's age.

Loved that this chain still has coffee makers in the rooms. Honestly, it’s the little things.

Staff was nice. The room was big, but the beds were old and the mattresses were bowed in the middle, were not very comfortable. The carpet was very old and felt dirty. The area may be a safe area but did not feel super safe. We stayed 1 night while passing through and it got the job done.
