Incredible hotel. Not just for the location at the Snoqualmie Falls but the hotel itself is well taken care of. Rooms are incredible, restaurant, common areas. The Spa.

Our family and a few friends had lunch at the restaurant. It overlooks the Snoqualmie Falls and is quite a sight! Our server was Margarita. She was attentive and wonderful. The food was amazing. It was an overall great experience. I would highly recommend.

Let's prioritise the good bits - this is a stunning hotel, with incredible rooms in an amazing location. It's absolutely worth every penny - I've been in more expensive hotels than this one that don't come close to the experience we had here. The restaurant is great, if slightly overpriced, and the customer service is mostly superb. There's a pourover coffee setup in the room with decent coffee - as a coffee snob this definitely puts them in my good books! We had a few issues with customer service which made us feel slightly awkward. In our welcome letter, we had been given a dinner reservation and $100 credit as part of our package. However, after getting ready for dinner and heading to the restaurant there was no trace of the booking. I had to go back to the room and retrieve the letter before they'd make a table for us. On check out I made a point of checking the bill and sure enough the $100 credit had not been applied. Once again I had to show them the same letter they'd given me on arrival before they'd apply it to the bill (luckily I'd made a point of keeping the letter after the booking error!). Two fairly minor errors, but both ones that left me feeling a bit uncomfortable and could have ended up with me being out of pocket. Overall, fully recommended, but keep evidence of any bookings etc in case you have to prove anything to the staff.

Absolutely love the staff. Yes, the Lodge, falls, and hiking are superb, but the staff keeps me coming back almost twice a year since moving here in 2019. The Valets are awesome, especially Chris and Rob but honestly, they all are so helpful. The front desk staff always pleasant, management actually cares, and the dining staff (I sit at the bar to not take up a table) helped me with all my decisions. Meg selected a wine flight, Brittany (I'm sorry if I have the wrong name) made me a great cocktail. The Salish Bliss, that I'm still trying to duplicate...I'm not doing a great job at it. She also let me video their smoked cocktail. You never feel alone.

I visited Salish Lodge and Spa for a day trip with a group of friends to celebrate multiple milestone birthdays. We had a delicious brunch and then headed to the spa for afternoon treatments. Unfortunately, there had been a bit of a mix ip with our reservation but the staff went absolutely above and beyond to create a special day for us!! I was blown away by the thoughtful and gracious costumer service. A huge extra thanks to Stacey who truly worked magic! this is all extra extraordinary even before we got to experience the spot itself, which is absolutely stunning and offers the best of Pacific Northwest relaxation.

Nice room, terrible service, disappointing dinner, and pathetic holiday decorations. Family Went for Thanksgiving special- dinner and a room special, where you get a Thanksgiving meal and room. The room was nice, and that was about the only part of our stay that met the expectations of a 5-star resort. We went to the bar for pre dinner drinks, and we didn’t get acknowledged until 25 minutes later as we sat at the bar. It wasn’t even crowded! Drinks were ok, but bartender didn’t know some of the drinks and have to look it up. Dinner was terribly disappointing. Dinner rolls were cold (we knew that wasn’t normal when the second round of rolls were warm), the turkey was overcooked and dry (again, second round of turkey was moist), and they didn’t give us enough food for the entire table and we had to ask for more. Dinner service was very slow. Holiday Decorations were nonexistent in the dining room, it felt like we were dining at a career conference event; nothing special. I don’t think we’ll go back for another holiday dinner.

We have been to the Salish multiple times over the years but this was our first visit since all the remodels and upgrades were done. The Salish is more beautiful than ever and the staff are outstanding.

This hotel has been on my bucket list since the TV show "Twin Peaks" aired in 1990 & I finally got the chance to stay there November 2025, a long wait for sure. I read all the other reviews & really do not think most of them have ever stayed in a 4 or 5 star hotel, which Salish Lodge is NOT, granted it's in a beautiful location but other than that it's a nice place. I hate it when hotels add on "fee's" for things normally would be included in a hotel rate & Salish lodge charges $39.00 + tax per night per room, for a total of $44.50. Ok, so you get valet parking, 1 bottle of water in your room, welcome drink (apple cider) & free admission to the spa, but you still have to pay for any services. Big deal, read the fine print, you are paying for these things whether you use them or not & with room rates starting at $400.00 per night everything adds up. I reserved a table for dinner at their restaurant but when I had a look at the menu & prices I changed my mind, $57.00 for chicken or $63.00 for tuna ?...I went instead to a local restaurant & 2 of us had a very nice meal for the price of 1 at the hotel. I don't mind paying a little extra for a meal at a hotel but their prices for everything were just way too much to justify. My king bed room was nice, the bed was way too soft for me. The 2 person shower was interesting. Check in was ok, I really do not have anything bad to say about the hotel, it was ok . 4 or 5 star it is not.
