This fully updated 1830’s farmhouse is nestled between the village library and Methodist church. Sleeps 8 comfortably (3 queens, 2 twins) and can sleep an additional 4 guests on the full-sized futon and pull out couch. Colgate at Syracuse This house was plenty of room for 12 of us. I did bring a couple air mattresses just so teens didn't have to share beds. There was plenty of room for 2 queen air mattresses in the room where the futon is. It's huge! We enjoyed the open kitchen/dining area. It certainly didn't feel like there was 12 of us there. Thanks for a great stay!

Highly recommended We stayed for Colgate move in. The home was less than 15 minutes from campus, absolutely spotless and the manager, Nolan and his Dad were welcoming and helpful with our stay and future visits to Colgate. I highly recommend this home!
