We booked a room at the Salina Rodeway for $63.12. The room had an ironing board and iron, hair dryer, coffee maker. mini-fridge (no freezer section) and microwave. I had a separate vanity area with a self-contained shower and tub. The room was large with a sofa love seat., desk with chair, small table with two chairs and with a large comfortable king. There was password protected free Wi-Fi with security warnings. The building was two stories, but I didn't see and elevator. There was limited but ample off-street parking. The hotel is pet friendly with green space and a walking area on streets. It was conveniently off an exit by Highway 70 with other hotels in the area. IHOP, Iron Skillet and Popeyes are walkable. It is across the road from a Subway and McDonald's. It is near a Petro Truck Stop with 24-hour access to conveniences. The hotel was quiet even though it was near the highway. Breakfast was primarily continental offerings with make your own waffles. The front desk often was not staffed and almost required the need to ring the bell. Ice maker was accessible and reliable on first floor. Laundry was available on site. The room had a slight chemical smell which as aired out quickly. The grounds were generally clean though discards were stored in corners and outside. Front trash can needed to be emptied.
