This place is a scam and the photos are false advertising. The pool is full of green water and garbage. No one is in the office to help and phone calls go unanswered. And once they have your credit card , they’ll make unauthorized charges to your card for service not received. I cancelled my reservation when I saw the conditions and they still charged my credit card for 3 days. I didn’t stay at all.

I have nothing positive to say about this place. Everything is run down, including the staff. Managers are anti-Black. Hot tub wasn’t available. Rooms were disgusting. Food was trash. Drinks were trash. Horrendous place.

I wanted to like this property. The lobby was cleanly/taken care of. The cherry house room we reserved was not. It reeked of cat pee and in the hallway and in the room. The water was cut off to the shower. The shower base was cracked. We chose to reserve a room elsewhere.

We go to this place and we have to leave right at away,everything was dirty,the room smells like never be cleaned or inhabited,no lights outside of the cabins which is super unsafe during the night,please don’t even try to stay there .

Nice getaway
We stayed for 1 night for a concert. So we checked in and slept. Fast,friendly, clean and affordable. We had a cabin, very cute, they were obviously still in the process of renovations. I would definitely stay again. Check in wasn't until i think 3 but since we were Going to the festival they let us check in at 12 which was super nice of them.

We used to be regulars here 1995-2001. We planned a last minute weekend away. Very charming and beautiful setting. Basic accommodation but very clean room. King bed and renovated bathroom. Great pool and bar. Decent food options if needed. Drinks not cheap but strong. Good music by pool. Lovely staff . Thanks Raj , Jennifer , Nicole and shout out to Francisco who is an all round superstar.

This was once a beautiful place but the new owners seem to put no effort/energy into maintaining it. Online, the place looks like it used to, but it is not that way now. Depressing, for it is hard for me to see such a beautiful place get run down.

Staff isn’t very friendly. Rooms are in serious need of updating. Food prices are too high for the value. Best thing about this place is the pool
