Very clean and friendly hotel. They audit the cleaners work to guarantee cleanliness. I was very impressed. The staff was friendly and accommodating if anything was needed. Would recommend as a great place to stay

VERY nice motel, it is exceptionally well maintained and updated. We walked into downtown easily in under 10 minutes, a McDonalds and Timmiies within 5 minute or less walks. Absolutely will stay here again.

It was very convenient having access to a communal kitchen & laundry ($2 a load). The kitchen was clean, tidy & well outfitted. The room was functional &, thankfully, there was a portable air conditioner in the room. The bathroom had been updated & was very clean. It is a pleasant, convenient (very easy walking distance to the main restaurants & shops), reasonable priced hotel.

It is an older motel near downtown Smithers.
Our unit was clean and everything was as advertised. The beds were firm which was okay for my daughter (30+ yrs old) but a bit too hard for me (60+ yrs old). There is a communal kitchen for the units to use.
The employees were excellent, both front desk and cleaning staff. They were friendly and helpful. They also provided us with good options for restaurants and shops.

Did not like walking up flight of stairs
Room is clean but bare essentials
No comfortable seating
Door to bathroom needed the loud squeak fixed with W D 40 which we did ourselves
Was not worth the price
The Best Western we just came from in Williams Lake put this place to shame

Great little place in Smithers, BC. The motel is very unassuming but it’s extremely clean, freshly renovated (the bathrooms were brand new), and the bed was the most comfortable I have ever tried. They don’t serve breakfast, but they have a fully loaded kitchen where the guests can cook breakfast. It’s plenty of dishes and pans and pots, and they also provide essential like oil, salt etc. The staff is fantastic, and I really enjoyed the experience
