The buffet breakfast is very rich, the room is clean, the bed is comfortable, and the environment is beautiful. Everything is very good. This is my third stay.

The hotel floor is not high, so the room is quite big. We are on the 3rd floor, but the room has a musty smell because the windows are sealed. The front desk was very polite and gave out chocolate lollipops when seeing children. If you're close to Heathrow, you'll encounter a lot of flight attendants. Judging by the familiarity of the front desk, it's a sure bet. But it's not convenient to eat around. The hotel's own restaurant is very good. If you take the initiative to give a card at the front desk, you can get a 30% discount. Highly recommended if you are going back to the city to catch a flight.

Not far from London Heathrow Airport, I picked up my car and came here to stay. The hotel has a parking lot, and guests staying in the hotel can park for free, but you need to inform the waiter in advance and enter the license plate in their system. Stayed here overnight before our Flight to Florida, 2 adults & 1 child. I thought breakfast was included, but was not and was £35 for the three of us. Drinks and snacks from the mini shop in reception was VERY expensive. Comfy rooms and beds, nice Dove Toiletries and quiet. Bare in mind, there is no shuttle to & from the airport for this hotel, the cheapest way is through " We know London" either online or there's a computer in reception you can use to book. Cost £29.50 each way for the 3 of us plus all baggage. Very nice hotel, but wish I'd researched extra costs when booking.

We visited the restaurant brew bar, amazing customer service from Fiona, very friendly and polite, gave use all the best choices from the menu. Well greeted, Thank you so much for a fabulous time.
