Its a great hotel. Feels upmarket. The staff are very helpful too. Its a shame the sauna and pool closed down a few years ago.

The first impression of the room was fine. However, the noise from the refrigerator and the air-conditioning system was so loud that it was almost impossible to sleep. I had to turn off the refrigerator, but there was nothing I could do about the rest. The bathtub drain plug also didn’t work properly.
It was my last night in the UK, but I had such a hard time falling asleep that I went to the front desk to complain. After the discussion, I was promised a partial refund and received an email from the night manager confirming this. However, I ended up staying awake for most of the night.
It has already been more than two weeks, but the promise has not been kept.
Please keep your promise.
