AWFUL HOTEL, very rude front desk staff who see you the customer as an inconvenience. spent one night at the hotel. the food was poor and not fresh.. its either heated up or frozen as its not cooked fresh my vehicle was broken into and I was parked right at the front near the entrance to main doors of the hotel.. when I reported my vehicle break I the staff was nothing short of unhelpful and rude. numerous times promising we will call you back etc but nothing. they then had the nerve to charge me the parking cost for the stay. this hotel is not safe. thames valley police stated very clearly this hotel has a lot of car theft break ins and cctv provided was not clear and of poor quality. there is no signage or deterrent for the thieves so they simply drive in as and when to break into vehicles. the hotel will then brush you off and show zero empathy. one staff member said it happens an awful lot but the hotel will not foot the bill to have proper on site security. the police have also advised them many times to increase there security and upgrade there camera. this hotel doesn't listen. its basically one these franchised hotels with owners who dont care. THE RUDE HOTEL MANAGER IS A DISGRACE AND I DOUBT HE IS THE ACTUAL MANAGER BUT A DUTY MANAGER INSTEAD. THIS IS THE PITS OF A HOTEL AND NO DOUBT WHEN YOU RETURN BACK TO YOUR VEHICLE FROM YOUR HOLIDAY IT WILL HAVE BEEN BROKEN INTO. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. WE HAVE SUBMITTED COURT PROCEEDINGS FOR THE DAMAGE TO OUR VEHICLE.. THIS HOTEL IS ALSO NOT IN WINDOR. IT FALSELY ADVERTISES ITS ADDRESS, ITS A DUSTBIN OF AN AREA FULL OF CRIME.
