SpringHill Suites Slidell

Very nice and clean rooms. I love the rooms, they are very spacious.

The rooms are dirty, the building is dirty. No food at 7 o'clock in the morning. Little to no food in the morning. Abd on the last day no milk, no waffles, no oatmeal, no muffins, very little everything. If you don't believe me look at your cameras and see for yourself. Cold decaffeinated coffee. I've overheard others saying it tasted really bad, and they were going to Starbucks instead. No one ever cleaned my room or took out my trash. I ask for bedding. It's in the closet. None in it. I called down there. We have a lot of gusset and don't have any extra. I paid for everything but didn't get everything. I asked for a clean bathroom just, and we told rudely im not bringing it up." You come and get it. I came down and said thanks, and we met with that's right you are. So rude. There were rude from down one. Then I was told one price and got my bill and it was another price on it. Worst marriott hotel I've ever been to in over 15 years. I'm never coming back. And I stay at marriott hotels at least 20 times a year for work. So rude and unprofessional. And evey time the ac came on it smelled funny. The TV i couldn't see from my bed and I wasn't getting in the bed with the other guys in the room. Never had my room cleaned in the 4 day's I were here. Once again I paid alot to get treated like crap and paid around 700 dollars for 4 nights. I never paid that much to be treated this way. I got pictures if no one believes me. And 5 people to back this up.

Decent Stay Hotel location was nice, beds were just ok, clean room, no creamer for coffee bar which was very disappointing and I didn't try the breakfast because I heard it wasn't too good. So to each their own on that one. Lol
