So clean! So courtesy! We arrived late, and the front desk person was wonderful. Then, the breakfast was so good! The breakfast attendant Lillie went above and beyond to take care of us. She told us she takes pride in her food, and she should! We will surely be back!

What a wonderful place to stay!! Spotless and beautiful large room. Lacey was more than helpful at the front desk. You can tell she takes pride in this place and wants to make you comfortable. Beautiful lobby decorations for the 4th of July coming up. Super patriotic. Delicious breakfast next morning. Clean and amply supplied. Came to find out Lillie is the attendant and keeps it in top shape. She also is the person responsible for the lobby decorations! Just wonderful. Makes us want to come back just to check out the next holiday’s decorations!! Will keep this hotel in mind next time we are close by traveling.

I travel a lot with my company so I travel all over the United States and stay at a lot of hotels. The one thing that sticks out the most is the breakfast they serve at this hotel. It’s the best I’ve had during my trips and places to stay. I’m a truck driver for Frito lay and when I travel this way I always stay here. Friendly staff and clean rooms and they take CLC lodging card, you can bobtail here or if you get here early enough you can back in with a trailer. Just don’t block the entry way. Quite peaceful area easy access, clean rooms, and a hearty breakfast with Cajun love from Lillie Tzuanos.. it was nice to meet her this morning and tell her about why I choose to stay here. Loved hearing that Cajun accent she has. To all my fellow drivers, HIE in Slidell LA is the place to stay!

Staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is the best around thanks to the breakfast attendant, Lillie Tzuanos. She prepares it with love and you can taste it. Whenever we come through Slidell, we always stay here.

The front desk attendant Tyshockki Burke was super helpful and kind. One of the best experiences I have ever had. I will be coming back because of the experience I had with Tyshockki. The hotel everything that you would want being away from home. Differently book your next stay here.

We were greeted by the front desk attendant, Michelle V. with a smile and friendly conversation. She was thoughtful, efficient, and helpful in giving us all the information about breakfast, the wifi, pool hours, etc... Michelle made several recommendations for restaurants and let us know if the one we were interested in used Uber eats. As we ate our dinner in the breakfast area, we overheard Michelle go above and beyond in courtesy with another guest. My husband and I wanted to give a shout out to Michelle for a job well done!

The Breakfast Attendant Barbara Johnson and Dee Dee were very helpful, attentive and professional at what they do. The breakfast was very good.
