Wife booked couple massages for us with a bath for two, Rafal and Lena gave us fantastic massage and friendly service. Definitely recommend for couples looking for nice experience and romantic place. Hotel location is also great with Moto cafe and musium next to it.

It’s a 5 start hotel experience. Everything from the rooms, to the restaurants , spa and the setting is amazing. Professional and friendly staff, quick drive to the city center. I had an amazing time! We stayed for only a few days, tried massages and two restaurants. Breakfast buffet was also very high end. We watched the old cars in the museum that sits on the same (huge) estate. The main building is a restored palace and some beautiful touches were preserved. I highly recommend this place.

I can’t recommend Zamek Topacz highly enough! What an excellent few days we had at the end of May, beginning of June! Not a thing to fault. In particular so so impressed by the lady on reception, Kasia, who was just perfect; attentive, friendly, helpful, and so professional. Thank you ZT, and particularly thank you Kasia! X

We spent four days here for a family wedding. Absolutely beautiful place. Comfortable beds, lovely grounds, spa and swimming pool and wonderful breakfasts. All the staff were very friendly and professional but a special mention for Kasia on reception who was so patient with our attempts at Polish and really went the extra mile. It’s a little far out of the city centre but taxis/ Ubers are not expensive and we thought it worth it for the facilities.

Excellent revitalization. A typical hotel in the style of a renovated castle. Seemingly nothing surprising, but it benefits from the details: rooms clean, staff helpful. Food tasty, a little pretentious.Not far from the city center. The hotel has great facilities. Recommended!

Nice place for dronks. Food menu is short. I tried seabas with ghnocci. The fish was good Still looking for ther other components. Area is far from city. You can get there with taxi or car. Public transport complicate. I Will not come again....

Without a doubt one of the wonderful places we experienced in this amazing place. Starting with the lovely staff and also the place is beautiful and impeccably clean. In addition the breakfast is excellent and healthy and a wide variety for all tastes. I wish we were back again.

Please note this is not a substantive review (yet...I'll update as I just got here) but a warning because it ruined my day. After traveling 26 hours and after I was told when I booked I could check in at 12:00 -- they REFUSED to let me check in "early." (and were quite rude about it at the front desk). There is not a suitable waiting area (so much for completing my scheduled work today -- and service is super spotty when not on WiFi...). So that you are can be better prepared than I -- please know they will not let you anywhere near your until 3:00 pm... [side note -- the bartenders and waitstaff are at least nice].
