"Really good! It's currently being renovated, but it's very affordable, clean, and offers great value for money. The staff are amazing – they enthusiastically answer any questions you have. I love that! Breakfast is just okay; it finishes a bit early from 6-9 AM, but it's enough to fill you up. Nothing spectacular, but the price is right. It's a solid choice. There's a big, cool swimming pool that closes at 8 PM."

"I stayed at the Grand Keisha hotel with my parents this Eid holiday in 2026. The service was excellent, from the security staff, receptionist, housekeeping, to the restaurant, everyone was friendly and served us well. Whenever I stay at a hotel, I always look for wudu-friendly taps, which not all hotels provide, but the Grand Keisha supports wudu-friendly taps in the toilet. The location is almost at the end of the Ring Road Jogja intersection, so you might have to make a U-turn if you're coming from UNY, but that wasn't really an issue. Another plus is that the hotel is close to Pakuwon Mall Jogja, so we could just walk to the mall. Overall, I'm satisfied with the service and facilities of this classic-style hotel."

"There are a lot of mosquitoes, so I wish there was mosquito repellent in each room. The light in the bathroom was broken and wouldn't turn on (it was fixed, though), so I think it should be checked beforehand. The food was varied and delicious, and the restaurant was clean and excellent. The staff were also very helpful."

"Strategic location close to supermarkets, malls, places to eat. Cheap price with satisfactory quality. There is netflix which makes it very comfortable. "Room layout is good. It’s not that big, but they set the layout really good so it still feels spacious. No closet, only a limited open space to hang your clothes. I stayed here for 2 nights, and unfortunately I got lots of troubles during this stay: 1. After checking in, I went to my room immediately, and turned out it’s a super messy room (another guest just checked out and they didn’t clean it up yet). So I had to go back to lobby and asked for another room. 2. In my new room, the AC got leaked and it dripped constantly as long as the AC was on. I had to put a bowl, container, or whatever it is. Already told the staff, he said he would follow up. Nothing they did until the day I checked out. 3. On my second day, I couldn’t even open the room door with my own room card. Guess they only set the card for one night only, so I had to go back to lobby again. They just reset without explaining why it happened. Actually the staffs were very nice and friendly. Just all those troubles gave me impression that this hotel isn’t professional enough. Breakfast was good. Not many options available, but good enough to fill your tummy. Location is great. Room is clean. Limited parking area but they had vallet service."

The room was spacious, very comfortable, and we even got a room with a view of Mount Merapi. The staff were professional and very helpful. We will definitely be back!
