Scottish Inns & Suites - North Hershey

This motel by far was the NASTIEST place I’ve EVER stayed at. The stairs going to second floor were falling apart. The room was disgustingly gross. The sheets had cigarette stains, pillows were flat, old and brown, sheets were disgusting. Boogers on hairdryer, dresser falling apart, mold in tub, hole in bathroom wall, hole in bathroom door, smelled like cigarette smoke, stain on bathroom sink. We stripped beds and had to go to Wallmart and buy bedding, pillows, blankets, sheets, Lysol, disinfectant wipes. Totally disgusting. Don’t even think of staying here. Just DON’T.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at the Scottish Inns & Suites Harrisburg - Hershey North, and I’m beyond disappointed both with the hotel and with *******. First and foremost, I was overcharged. My hotel invoice clearly states I paid $136.78, yet ******* charged me $170.99. That’s a difference of over $34 for no justifiable reason. This is unacceptable, and I expect a full refund of the overcharge immediately. Worse than the billing issue was the condition of the room. When we arrived, the room had a strong, foul odor that made it uncomfortable to even stay inside. The sheets had visible hair in them, which clearly indicates they had not been changed or cleaned. To top it off, there was trash left in the trashcan—again, a clear sign that housekeeping had not done their job. This is not just a matter of inconvenience; it’s a health and hygiene issue, and the room should never have been rented out in that condition. It’s clear that cleanliness is not a priority at this location. I booked through ******* expecting a minimum standard of quality. Instead, I feel like I was scammed—overcharged and placed in a filthy, unsanitary room. I strongly advise others to avoid this property, and I expect ******* to make this right by issuing a refund.

Another perfect stay As always, nice, clean, and quiet. Will never stay anywhere else when in the area.
