We booked a 2 night stay at the Towers Hotel and had a lovely break. We had 2 twin rooms and a family room. All of our rooms were clean and tidy. Also, considering that there was a wedding on and the hotel was fully booked both nights, it was exceptionally quiet. Staff were friendly, evening dinners and breakfasts were delicious! We'll be back again!

Arrived from Scotland for a 2 night stay and to catch up with friends who had also booked rooms. We paid £320 for a deluxe double inc breakfast for the 2 of us. The room although large wqs very dated, dirty and depressing. Yes we had a nice view of the tower but the furniture is horrible, scuffed and damaged etc. Carpets covered in hairs and stains, no sockets at side of bed to charge mobiles, lights not working, bathroom dirty and covered in dust. The room was basically really nice if it was still 1975. WiFi is very sporadic. We used the spa facilities. If you want a robe its £7.50 to hire. Towels were free. We weren't allowed to use conservatory as a hen party had it booked. The sauna is nice but the steam room wasnt the best.. ( barely any steam ). The Jacuzzi was fine but the switch panel for it is on the wall and its absolutely filthy... I don't think its been cleaned in years. We booked dinner for 1st night for 9 people. The staff were really nice and I enjoyed the food. Breakfast the next morning was a different set of staff however. Once again we had booked a table however when I arrived and went to join my friends I was rudely chased and shouted at by one of the staff demanding my room no'. I understand she was doing her job but a discreet can I have your room number after I was seated would have been fine. Definitely needs a course on how to be professional at work. Breakfast is also the weirdest set up ever as you have to stand at a counter and order what you want from a list whilst a member of staff dishes it up on a plate then slaps it down in front of you to take back to your table. Coffee is also not the best. Would I return .. no. For £160 a night there's far nicer, more modern and more than likely hotels with better customer service. Its a shame really as this hotel has amazing grounds but sadly the hotel itself is a massive let down.

Room 107 Premium Room!! Tried charging £179, was previously told £155 ( breakfast, bed and bubbles) No bubbles in room, infact the only thing there was filth and dust. Ruined my birthday and my daughters experience of a spa ( she’s 6). The more I looked, the more disgusted I was. Theres no place like home. Clean beds and tbh I’d have to be paid to ever go back.

I paid £270 for the best suite in the hotel. After climbing eight flights to the room (no offer of help with luggage). I found the key didn't work. Apparently it does work, but you have to fiddle with it. In the room the temperature was 18 degrees, there were live and dead flies, and cobwebs. It didn't look as if it had been cleaned for weeks. The whole place smacks of faded glory. Compensation: a free glass of wine.

This was a lovely hotel and staff Reason for 4 star The disability parking 🅿️ s far to far away from the main entrance to the hotel along with a few other things this needs to be right outside the main door The good part We decided to upgrade to a suite after being booked into a lux double It was to be a restful 3 days and decided to treat ourselves The hotel its self was nice as were the staff The room was so nice but disappointed in a few things You could tell there was a new carpet put in and it was spotless Big bed too The balcony had only one chair for us to sit out and enjoy the peace and quiet and yes we could have taken the chair from inside but it was bit clumsy The not do good The price for 3 nights with breakfast (which we never went to ) was £480 A bit steep but something we wanted to treat ourself with The disappointment was for the price no complimentary water which I found strange Other things were no telephone to reception (I didn’t see one ) not enough plugs in the bed room and the two lights didn’t work on the bed We discovered that the lights themself was disconnected however the fittings still there which looked odd and didn’t fit with the refurbished room .. def lack of charging points In the living room area, we had to move the tv in order to see it and this was just how the area was set out .. we watched sky (which was great ) in bed as easier to see We didn’t do breakfast as you had to go outside and walk along to the restaurant for breakfast and it was raining so didn’t bother Would have preferred to walk through hotel to get to it not fully dress and put my coat on Very disappointed there was no lunch or drink as area closed till the evening , we had to get back in the car to find someplace to try and eat and we had just did a lot of hrs travel from Scotland .. all I wanted was to wind down and eat Would be good if they had a lunch menu with soup sandwiched etc nothing to big but we feel a must Although there was a vending machine it wasn’t lunch The spa was great the girl Erin certainly knew her job and I would highly recommend However be prepared for once again having to leave the hotel to get to it These are just silly things that did I suppose annoy me especially for the price Would I go back Yes but maybe just to the double room as didn’t feel the suite was worth the money

Just home from another weekend stay and tribute evening at the Towers. We arrived last Friday lunch time and left after Sunday lunch today and attended the Elvis Tribute act Friday evening which was fantastic. This was our 4th visit to the Towers and the majority of staff seem familiar and very pleasant and helpful which of course made our stay so enjoyable. The food at the Towers is excellent and we have been fortunate to book their Junior suite rooms each stay which are large and on the top floor with balconies a huge comfy bed and superb japaneese shower in the large cubicle and also a large stand alone bath all immpecably maintained. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel that runs into Swansea City centre with buses running very frequently . We do not hesitate to recommend the Towers hotel and their tribute night events.

I booked this hotel and spa as a surprise for our anniversary, we have stayed at this hotel before several times before but found on this occasion to be the worse and the conditions of the room [ stains on floor and bed frame] , it was reported to receptionist who we feel dismissed this with a comment of will pass that on , the carpet around the bed that obviously not been moved or cleaned in a long time ,the filth under that bed was horrendous for what we call a hotel and spa , honest travelodge is cleaner and we would never return , on a positive the breakfast was nice and helpful staff, I did take photos but after 3 emails to the hotel without a response just shows the care they provide to the customer
