Lovely hotel. Standard double room had everything needed for our night away. The price for B&B, including use of spa facilities, was very reasonable. Lovely welcome at reception and staff serving dinner were exceptionally courteous and helpful. Dinner was delicious as was breakfast the following morning. Would highly recommend

me and my partner got married at the weekend and it was absolutely amazing, the day run smoothly and was all stress free this was all down to our fabulous wedding coordinator Kathryn, the ceremony and table set up by Kathryn and her team was perfect. there was noting I wanted to change. food was beautiful as always. massive thaklnk yoi to Kathryn and her team cor making our day the most perfect day for us! x

Booked for a group of 11 ladies for my daughters hen party. The hot weekend 12th 13th July 2025. What can I say the staff were amazing with us. We all had a message in the hotel spa, then went for a swim in the beautiful pool and jacuzzi.. Up to our rooms which had good air-conditioning, thank goodness as the weather was boiling hot well equipped with hairdryer kettle etc. We went down for dinner in the main restaurant..the food was plentiful and delicious. Everyone was happy with their meal choices. The waiters were super helpful accommodating our table. Especially Shaun who arranged for us to have our own area in the bar to ourselves to start the hen party games after our meal. Also air-conditioning throughout which was well appreciated. We all had a fabulous time there which served until 12 but then allocated the conservatory by reception for further fun and games. Shattered by 2.30 made our way back to our rooms for a good night's sleep. Breakfast was lovely in the morning they also seated us all together in the bar area behind the restaurant again which was brilliant. Good selection of food and breakfast choices. Checked out at 11 after a memorable weekend..thanks to all staff especially Shaun, William and Julie and the others you were all super.

I spent a wonderful weekend with friends at The Towers - the staff couldn’t do enough for us. The spa was amazing- fabulous massage and we enjoyed the pool sauna jacuzzi and steam room. We also enjoyed sunbathing in the conservatory and the amazing lunch in the chill out room. Even though there was a wedding at the hotel while we were there were plenty of staff and we felt well taken care of. We barely noticed them as in a separate part of the hotel. We had a brilliant evening at the Olly Murs tribute - great meal - loads of food and lots of dancing. I would thoroughly recommend.

Recently stayed at the Towers Hotel after a family function. I couldn’t recommend the facilities and staff highly enough! Room was clean and spacious, we had full use of spa and pool facilities, breakfast was superb and staff couldn’t do enough to make you feel welcome.
