Overpriced!!! Watch out

Positive Aspects: The reception staff were friendly and accommodating at check-in, which created a welcoming first impression. Our apartment was spacious, well-equipped with a fully functioning kitchen, and offered stunning sea views. The location was convenient, with a supermarket nearby. Areas for Improvement: Air-conditioning/heating issues: The unit in the master bedroom was not operational. Despite two visits from an engineer, the issue remained unresolved, and we were provided with a portable heater as a temporary solution. Water quality concerns: The water in all upstairs bathrooms was brown. Although reported to reception, the issue persisted until a second follow-up. Pool heating: The pool was advertised as heated, yet it was too cold to use during our stay. Early morning noise disturbances: On our fourth night, we were woken at 6 AM by cleaners in the adjacent apartment, with noise continuing for over an hour. Check-out policy: The 10 AM check-out time is unusually early compared to other hotels. Given the issues we faced, it was disappointing to be charged an additional 40 Euros to extend our stay until 1 PM. On-site restaurant: The restaurant was rarely open, lacked ambiance, and did not offer much appeal. We waited 90 minutes for food despite approx only 10 other people being in the restaurant at the time. It seems to be closed every Thursday.

Friendly, welcoming staff across the resort. Spotlessly clean and well equipped apartments. Lovely heated pool with plenty of sun beds. Have been coming to this resort for 20 years and it never disappoints. Will definitely return. Thanks to all the staff.

Family Time 8 nights stay. Stayed in a 1 bed apartment (B3). View was ok but definitely better views from there apartments. Good size for a 1 bed. Son on double sofa bed in living area. Good sized balcony although outdoor furniture wasn't great as it got extremely hot in the sun, especially the dining table. Not much room around pool area and you have to like the buzz of children in and around the pool. Beautiful garden area and bar area is well maintained. 2 pool tables and mini golf area. Overall a lovely place even if apartment was a little dated.

Cleanest Hotel I’ve Stayed In The property was exceptionally clean. A little dated but clearly high end furnishings. Large and comfortable. The air con worked well. The balcony was huge. Friendly service apart from the bar/restaurant but this is run by a third party. Shame because the rest of the hotel was excellent.
