Very convenient not convenient location for check-in, 1 hour from the train station and then the way back is 30 minutes, also far from Sitges, from the center you need to walk 30 minutes to the hotel

Nice apartment, just renovated, near the beach. Kitchen and bathroom OK. Parking on the street. Everything was OK.

The pool and facilities are showing their age... The wood paneling in the bathroom is swollen, but the apartment is still nice and cozy. Cleaning and towels should only be provided every 7 days... Thanks for the cleaning on day 2. The door sometimes won't open from the outside...

This type of business should be severely punished 1. There was no information before booking that the check-in office was located away from the accommodation, and it was included in the reservation instructions emailed to me after booking. If I had known in advance, I would not have made the reservation 2. I found out that there was a 100 euro deposit upon check-in 3. The email even said that if I did not check in, it would be a violation, which sounded like a threat 4. I plan to report this business's misdeeds to the Sitges and Barcelona city authorities.

The check-in location is not here, so it will be a little troublesome. But overall it's pretty good.

These thieves tried to cheat me out of $1200 by refusing to cancel my reservation 45 minutes after it was made. The location of the rooms is a half a mile from what is listed online. The “reception” is another half mile away. Do not stay here! Do not book this place!

This apartment was huge. Newly renovated. Two balconies. Two fairly big negatives. The check in is ridiculous! It is a mile away from the apartments. I couldn’t find a cab so had to walk there with my bags. Secondly, check out is at 10am. Every other hotel I’ve stayed in is at 12pm. The only negatives about the accommodation itself is that my apartment didn’t have a washing machine and it is about a 15 minute walk into the town centre.

This complex is badly managed and I am writing this as a warning to other potential guests. The positive is that the apartments have been renovated so appear great in the photos. Unfortunately that is where it ends. On arrival the floors were filthy and we had to ask for them to be cleaned. Only a table on the balcony so chairs from inside had to be used. It is advertised as air conditioned which technically is correct, however it is set at the lowest temp of 18 and has little power so the apartment was too hot for us. We complained and maintenance was sent (after 2 calls) but he couldn’t change it. The block had no hot water for 3 days but no update or explanation was given. The garden and pool area was not kept clean or tidy and I reported dirty towels and filled bins 3 times to Reception which had been left for 4 days. Gardeners came to cut the grass (not remove litter or empty bins) at 11am on 2 occasions within our week and asked us to move our beds, the leaf blower and mower were unbearably loud and guests had to endure this for 2 hours. I asked Reception why it wasn’t done earlier in the day but they said that it was a private company who can turn up at any time. Apartments only get cleaned every 7 days and no clean towels provided. . As other reviews have explained, keys need collecting from their sister hotel, a long walk or taxi ride away. As there is no Reception or any staff on site this complex feels unloved and forgotten . I rarely write reviews but felt compelled on this occasion. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone. We feel so disappointed with our stay and it has ruined our holiday.

Pleasantly surprised with this lovely spacious apartment, great value for money,modern, comfortable and fantastic location. Only negatives are 4pm check in and 10am check out (half the day is gone). No oven in the kitchen and very cold

Poor service and thieves! Be careful when they ask you for your credit card as a guarantee because you will end up with the money taken with the most absurd excuses! They are legalized thieves! They took €150 from my card by inventing that I had a dog in my room!!! Without any real testimony! A real theft reported to the police! Strongly not recommended!

Everything was going well until I forgot my object (and they did not return it to me when I left it. I do not recommend it. Be careful with your belongings because you have washed your hands with me. Use the cameras where you can see that I am not carrying my object.

The apartment is of impeccable quality, all renovated and very pristine. Quiet area and removed from the center. The stay is made extremely comfortable and comfortable. The kitchen is not very equipped but the rest, TV, air conditioning, sofa, bed, everything is perfect.
