"We didn't have a great time... the hotel was dated... there was no refrigerator in the room, which all three-star hotels nowadays have. Breakfast was good... dinner with a poor appetizer... always the same vegetables... raw potatoes... always raw peas, and always the same rustic pie... the first and second courses weren't bad. "We requested & received a high floor balcony room with mountain view facing front. (4th floor is the top.) Room was a large junior suite on 4th floor, but due to some low ceiling beams, I kept hitting my head while navigating around the furniture. (I'm 5'11".) Balcony was large enough for 1 person to sit & enjoy mountain views. Breakfast was definitely worth the bargain 7 euros charged if not included in room rate. Check-in was at 2 pm, & there was a line of guests waiting to check in; staff was friendly & helpful. Tourist info office is next door to hotel."

"The perfect place for a family trip, right in the center of San Martino di Castrozza therefore you don't need to move the car to have a walk in the center or to go to the skying school. Our room was spacious super clean and warm. The warm pool is the perfect place where to spend a couple if hour in the afternoon after playing in the cold with the snow. The staff is kind and in the restaurant is plenty of delicious choices for dinner. We are definitely coming back next year!"
