Hotel Ideal

the location was a little further down the road (probably the last hotel on that street). If you were to drive there, beware you have to drive through Sirmione (which have very small street and lotta people walking on them who doenst want to move out of your way). Breakfast was great and I have a very pleasant stay there.

Nice and clean but no idea why it’s rated as a four star hotel. It is really more similar to your typical holiday inn express except with barely any amenities. Rooms are very small and sparse.

We have just had a 5 day stay at the Hotel Ideal, and it is perfect ! The staff and service was excellent in all areas - breakfasts were lovely with a wide range for all tastes. I can’t eat gluten and each morning they bought out GF bread as well as a stand for GF products - helpful too re the 2 evening meals we had there in that respect, and nice food. Reception were extremely helpful and attentive throughout, and the room was cleaned thoroughly daily with new sheets and towels. Requested another pillow and was done immediately. We stayed in a twin room and both beds were comfortable. Great views of the lake in the grounds by the sun loungers. Views from the balcony were amazing (stayed in room 48) and although it is a 5-10 walk into the main centre, it is so much nicer than being in the main square which is insanely busy. There is a land train that regularly goes back and forth from the hotel to main centre of walking or mobility a concern - we didn’t use it but looked a frequent service and think it was cheap. Sirmione and Lake Garda as a whole is beautiful. It’s safe, clean, easy to travel around and lovely people. Will return at some point I hope, and this hotel will be at the top of my list to check for availability. Thank you to all the staff at Hotel Ideal for a really lovely few days.

A very nice hotel with very pleasant staff. Breakfast was ample. Just a short walk to the many restaurants and shops. Parking is a bonus.

Perfect Location & Facilities. Staff are amazing. The pool area has a beautiful view of the lake & plenty of sun beds in the sun & shade if preferred with a bar/restaurant for pool side enjoyment. Private access to the lake for hotel guests & a short walk to Jamaica Beach & the main town make this hotel the perfect location. Quiet & peaceful area. A special thanks to all the staff involved in helping me with a surprise for my partner. All round brilliant stay, if you’re looking for a location in lake garda, Sirmione is the place & Hotel Ideal is the cherry on top
