Stayed for 2 nights. Rooms are clean and spacious. Parking lot is small but closed inside gated place. Excellent communication with very friendly staff. Easy check in/out. Place is part of/next to archaeological site & walking distance to theater. Took taxi (called by staff) to Ortigia (4 adults less than 20 Euros). Worth the visit!

This is a fabulous B&B in a traditional old house right by the archeological park Neapolis. Our room was beautifully decorated and furnished with an adjoining spacious, well equipped bathroom. Breakfast was generous and delicious served in their garden. The staff are all friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this B&B.

Siracusa Returns
Excellent accommodation and service. Taxi to Ortigia in very warm weather. Very close to Archaeological Park.

This was our favourite property during our road trip of Sicily! The room was spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed. The gardens with the ancient ruins are idyllic for breakfast or relaxing in the evening. The property is conveniently located opposite the archeological park and within walking distance to the island of Ortigia. Sebiana, Dario and all the staff are absolutely amazing, very welcoming and personable. They provided us with lots of useful information about local beaches, places of interest and restaurants. I wish we could have stayed longer and would stay there again without hesitation.

The property is conveniently located opposite the archeological park and within walking distance to the island of Ortigia. The property also offers free car park, which is quite rare in Syracuse. Sebiana, Dario and all the staff were absolutely amazing, very welcoming and attentive. They provided us with lots of useful information about local beaches, places of interest and restaurants. I wish we could have stayed longer and would stay there again without hesitation.

Struttura bellissima, Una villa meravigliosa in un contesto incredibile. Ci ha accolto Sebiana, scrupolosa, attenta gentile, disponibilissima. Abbiamo parcheggiato la moto all'interno del giardino. Fermata autobus vicino alla struttura.
