We’re located right on the beach with an onsite restaurant and bar. Our outdoor pool is framed by sea views on two sides. Hollywood Casino is around the corner along with several restaurants, including Juliette’s Bistro and The Red Piano Lounge. Watersports and diving are down the road. Hiking and horseback riding are within three kilometers.

透過第三方平台訂房，原訂當天抵達聖馬丁就入住，結果因為天候不佳，航空公司在起飛前7小時通知航班延誤至隔天。在收到通知的當下，我立刻透過第三方平台提供的飯店信箱聯繫飯店，詢問因無法如期入住、是否有任何補償方案，但於一小時後未收到回覆，故也由飯店官網提供的集團信箱聯繫。約莫三小時後才收到集團信箱回覆詢問是哪間飯店，並且會再將訊息轉傳給該飯店。然而飯店從未給予任何答覆。
直到延誤的航班抵達後，我與旅伴前往飯店，飯店櫃檯人員表示需要透過第三方平台才能更改實際住宿天數，並且如果平台發送要求，飯店就會同意退款。因此我在入住的當天就立刻聯繫第三方平台，並且第三方平台也表示同意我的請求，會再請飯店方處理。
最終，飯店方拒絕退款，說明因為是透過第三方平台訂房，故在任何情況下未入住均不得退款；且拒絕承認飯店櫃檯人員作出的承諾，反而試圖指正消費者想不遵守訂房規則。
我可以理解飯店方已經提前準備好房源，某種程度上因天候不佳導致旅客無法如期入住也並不代表飯店方應承擔所有責任，但沒想到作為大型集團及知名旅遊景點的渡假村飯店，其員工與消費者的溝通居然能讓人感受這麼差勁（順帶一提，雙方往來的電話都是由我這邊打過去的，因為飯店答應會回撥給我說明，但遲遲未有聯繫）。
最讓人生氣的是，我在電話中有詢問飯店人員是否有收到我先前詢問是否有補償方案的信件，他們說有收到我說明無法入住——這不是代表飯店故意不回覆嗎？

ヒルトンにしては格安で泊まれるが税金が追加されるので結果的にさほど安くはない感じになった。時間も関係でゆっくりできなかったがビーチも目の前にありくつろぐにはよいホテル。部屋も広くて便利だった。

Fabulous location! Our 2 room suite was on the 1st floor near the pool. Loved the extra space, and the deck with table, Umbrella, Chairs, and lounge chairs. Participated in morning water aerobics and other activities which were fun. Great spot for the sunset. Nice pool bar from 11am-5pm. Little walk to the beach, with restaurant and bar nearby, chairs and umbrellas provided. Great staff all around. Good security. Parking a bit tight.
