Very poor booking experience
This hotel stay was very disappointing. The hotel staff has a very arrogant attitude and completely lacks basic courtesy and service awareness. When reporting problems, not only did they not provide any substantial help, they also responded with a perfunctory attitude, making people feel disrespected.
