The hotel is really close to the center, the service was good and the hotel had everything you need for travel, but the most unpleasant moment in all of this was that when my girlfriend walked barefoot through the room, she stepped on a very small piece of glass. So the hotel should clean the rooms better so that this doesn’t happen again!

I had an extremely frustrating experience at The Belvue Hotel. I paid in advance through *******, but when I arrived, the receptionist asked me to pay again. Trusting them, I obliged. About 30 minutes later, I realized I'd been double charged. When I brought it up, the receptionist said only the manager could issue a refund and would handle it the next day. Well, it’s been over two weeks, and I still haven't received my refund or any response to my emails. The next day, another receptionist told me the exact same thing—no refund until the manager could take care of it. I’ve been completely ignored since then. This whole experience has been a huge headache, and I feel completely scammed. Be very careful if you're staying here!

Un poco alejado del centro, pero con líneas del tranvía cerca. El personal muy bueno, hablaban español, se ofrecieron a dejar las maletas antes del check in, te orientan correctamente como ir o volver y tiene una sala agradable en recepción. Limpio y ordenado, el cuarto de baño de calidad con presión, agua caliente y espacioso. Muebles escasos de tipo industrial, mesita de noche, coja y la lámpara no estaba conectada. La habitación enorme. Algunas paredes en cemento. El aire acondicionado no existía, es tipo ventilador ecofriendly en el edificio que no enfría nada. Por la atencion repetiria por la habitacion tenemos dudas.

Hôtel sans air conditionné. Les chambres en été sont insoutenables. En laissant les fenêtres ouvertes nous avons tout les bruits du quartier alentour. Nous avons demandé des oreillers supplémentaires et aucun n'était disponible. Service lamentable et confort spartiate. A éviter.
