Clean spacious rooms with smart tv and Youtube channel is a big plus for families travelling with kids. Shared kitchen, laundry amenities, next door to kfc. Value for money highly recommended!

Never book a budget room in this motel. We booked via website. Room was terrible. It stank. The bed looked like they were a breeding ground for who knows what. We walked out back to reception for refund. The room was booked on a no refund purchase but the room was clearly not what was shown on website. The owner kept saying it is a budget room at $167 per night for two. I did explain to owner the room was not what was represented on website. After some discussion the owner did apply credit.

There weren't any towels in the bathroom. This was discovered after my shower and I had to dry myself with the floor mat!

The bathroom although clean had broken tiles in the terrible shower, the bed / mattress was terrible and only 3 pillows available which were very flat. The bath towels were really thin the worst I have ever used.
The Thai restaurant attached to the property was amazing.

Big room with lots of space but on a busy street that is noisy.
Room stank of bleach and the carpet was sticky.
