Pros: 1. Good location, accessible with multiple places. 2. Good staff service with clear instructions via chatbot if late checkin after 7 3. Good security, split men at level 2, women at level 3 4. Multiple facilities including mini basketball, gym, board games 5. Clean environment, air conditioned, with 2 sockets for charging. Cons: 1. No place to hang towels 2. Towel from hostel requires 2 sgd per towel 3. Noisy , sometimes hear people snoring (they rent ear plugs for 1 sgd) 4. Hairdryer not accessible (seen one at the toilet but it's old and not functioning) 5. Messy toilet, placed laundry and toilets together which to me is not very hygiene...

No complimentary slipper as AI said in my inquiry.

The Indian-look staff service is very bad. I asked for a coordination for lower bed due to difficulty on climbing top. It was declined. When I tried to check if anyone in my room still not yet check in then I can coordinate by myself but was confronted by this staff, even after I explained my intentions. This staff is not good. Damage this hotel. I will not come back and not recommend for the services.

Nice comfy nest with a friendly atmosphere and the friendliest of staff around. 24 hrs convenient stores, eateries, a few malls and one 24 hrs mega store are all nearby. Will definitely visit again someday.

Places & price also good .

The hostel staff were nice and the dorms were okay! The common area was decent and was free water, coffee & some games to play if you wanted to. Maybe could have been a bit cleaner, but was definately allright. Showers had good temperature as well. Door system was really good. Lastly location was perfect, bus in front of the hostel & metro on walking distance. Very central!

The hostel was well thought out and I was fortunate enough to meet very friendly guests. The hygiene of the bathroom was of very high standards and the capsule itself very comfy as well. It is situated in the heart of the city so easy to navigate myself around as a solo traveler first time in the city.

I’m unhappy because unsafe. She lost a lot of things . I’m not like with hotel . I’m booking room exp but Chang me go room che. Not good hotel

It's so clean. For a hostel, that means alot! The lounge area is comfy. I like that they have all sort of rules and fines so people do behave accordingly and generally makes it pleasant for everyone.

Everything is very good place is very near to public transport but why there's no water in the toilet.why only tissue.you should add water in the toilet to washup.only tissue not enough, because some people never use tissue.....

This is a very decent lower price Hostel for Singapore. Reception Agent was very nice and accomodating. The place is cleaner than some other Hostels in Singapore. Their community room is nice except way too noisy when anyone plays their basketball game. Their duvet blanket was very nice. They have a fridge, microwave and hot water dispenser, free tea and coffee mixes. I would stay there again if I remain in Singapore.

Good enough for what I paid for. Recommended.

Convenient for solo travelers. Fair price for clean bed.
