Room: I booked a family room and requested for a high floor room in advance, however was given a lowest floor room instead. The view from the room was completely blocked by the opposite side rooms. The room is very small, there is no sofa or table inside the room. Food: Breakfast is overly expensive with limited food choices. There is no staff help to assign the table, you have to find table yourself or join other guests. Children aged 13 years and above, will be charged for adult price. The only highlight for the stay is the swimming pools. There are 3 types of pools catered for different age of children. My kids love the pool so much.

Hotel’s location is conveniently located to the monorail and also the activities around in Sentosa. Overall an okay experience for a staycation. The view from the room was nice, managed to catch the sunset.

there was no bathrobe for adults in the room. staff was not too enthusiast. got nice swimming pool and near from beach.

I’ve been a returning customer as I’ve always had wonderful stays here. Had an enjoyable Father’s Day celebration once again. Pleasant and easy check in (thanks Mirza?) Shoutout to guest relations manager Farez who was attentive and even said hi to my dad at the breakfast next day. Buffet breakfast was a good mix of Asian and Western as usual, served by polite staff too. Overall will still recommend this place to anyone who is visiting! It’s accessible via the internal Sentosa Express train and you can visit sites around the island easily. Amazing swimming pool with a gorgeous view too :)

The hotel family room was really nice with 2 king size beds, they are interconnecting rooms which were great. We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean, the check in and check out process were smooth. We enjoyed the pools alot! The shared coffee and tea station next to vending machine was a brillant idea, I also like how we can drink straight from the tap without plastic bottles. I like the sustainability efforts put in. Well done Village Hotel at Sentosa!

Thank you to Badrina for having memorable experience I have never had before. Today is my birthday and she gave me hers kind greetings and gifts. I really enjoyed it and still appreciate them. I still felt so touched by them. I really appreciate them again and gave me the best birthday in my life 😆

We had an impromptu stay during the summer holidays and overall, it was a pleasant experience with a few mixed feelings. Check-in was quick and smooth, which we really appreciated after a long day. The hotel definitely caters well to families- there was a fun keychain-making booth for kids, an ice cream stand, and even a movie night by the pool, which was a nice touch for winding down in the evening. The pool area featured a small lazy river within the hotel compound, and there was access to an infinity pool that’s shared with the neighboring property. While these amenities added to the experience, the space itself - both the rooms and pool area - felt a bit smaller than what was shown in photos, which was slightly disappointing. One of the more underwhelming aspects was the bathroom layout. The toilet and shower are only separated by a curtain, which felt a bit cheap, especially considering the nightly rate of around $400. At that price point, we expected something a bit more refined in terms of design and privacy. Overall, it’s a family-friendly hotel with some fun offerings for kids, but in terms of value, it didn’t quite live up to the cost for us. We might consider returning, but likely only if there’s a significant discount or promotional rate available.

Staff were friendly. There was a hotel initiative event when I checked in. With ice cream and a craft booth. There was also a movie screening on that night. Activities thumbs-up. We were given a room facing the pool and the sea. Makes the whole experience perfect for a one night staycation. Oh, the birthday boy got a pair of nice balloons and a box of macarons.

No other hotel can accommodate my big family. Affordable and comfortable for the kids to stay in and a big swimming pool for them to have fun. Check-in and check-out was really smooth with the friendly hotel staff.

Good location, walking distance to Imbiah Station and approx. 10 mins walk to USS. A great place for family with children.

Room is small but clean and cosy. Swimming pools are amazing.
