It's sad to say resort without telephone service at room and need to walk to receptionist and blanket and bedsheets cleanliness out of order. No hot water disappointed. Sorry for report

The room facilities are dilapidated and there are many cockroaches, ants and centipedes; the walls of the shower room are rotten and the wash basin has black dirt; the toilet is stained; the refrigerator is full of rust stains and there are dead cockroaches inside. I thought I lived in a dilapidated house that had been abandoned for many years. trip.com refused to help me handle the check-out and refund issue and asked me to face it alone. I have lost confidence in trip.com. I will choose a better platform to book hotels in the future.
