"We loved this place! We stayed for 2 nights in March and were blown away by the breathtaking views and warm, friendly service. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff: both Mandy and Steph made us feel so welcome. We stayed in room 2, which was beautifully designed and well worth the extra few pounds it cost compared to the standard room. The honesty bar was a lovely touch, and we both enjoyed being able to use the lounge at our leisure. Parking was easy, too. Would recommend without caveat."

"Sincerely thank the wonderful team at Grosvenor Guest house. I was made to feel welcome right from the start, with always a personal touch. Jonathon was wonderful and explained everything upon my arrival and also took care daily. Sue is a lovely person whom we interacted with each morning, prior heading out for the day's work. Everything was laid out and was always welcoming. It was a feeling of home, away from home. Evenings were peaceful (not many other guests at this time); room was clean and tidy. Simonstown in itself - the restaurants all within walking distance of Grosvenor Guest House - warm and friendly atmosphere within. Location is fantastic, with lovely views of the harbour, sea and beyond. An excellent vista when having breakfast or dining on the balcony. "
