A brand new build - finished in May 2019. Three bedrooms, two baths, in a residential neighborhood in the town of Silverton. Some of the best views of Kendall Mountain from this house. The Altitude Adjustment has a huge yard, fire pit, RV parking and plug-in, granite kitchen counters, laminate flooring, and TV's throughout the house and per bedroom. Great yard to have a small wedding or family gathering (please inquire first). Ride the train up to almost the front door. A ton of parking for trucks and trailers, easy pull through and around access. About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.Not child proof..About customRules:Parties/events: Will consider a small wedding or family gathering. Manager must have knowledge of this and ok ahead of time. NO acceptions..Mountain passes may close or cause variable travel conditions. We cannot refund due to inability to get to Silverton. Our stay at this property was fantastic. The home was extremely clean, spacious, comfortable and beautifully furnished. The kitchen was large and had everyth8 g we needed. We enjoyed sitting out on the back patio watching the train pull in. We were walking distance to everything in town. Really, this stay could not have been nicer. We would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation
This was our second time to stay at the property. It is a really nice, well maintained home with more than enough space for our family of 4. We love being close enough to walk to the main ***** for dining and shopping. We will be back!

Nice cabin with great location in town
We had 2 families stay. The kids loved the bunk room, there was plenty of space with 2 separate living rooms, one upstairs and one down. The kitchen was large with plenty of seating. We could walk to anything we needed in town and being right next to the train was very cool. Owners were very quick with responding to anything we needed. Would stay here again.
