The hotel is not renovated. Old furniture in the rooms, old bathrooms. Not a lot of attention to service. No one in the breakfast area. You guys, spend the bucks to refurbish. Great location, nice facility!

The underground parking is great but you need to take the left entrance! We took the right one and had to back out into street. Luckily for us the young man (and I am so sorry I didn’t get his name) at the front desk stepped out and made sure traffic stopped. He was such a jovial and helpful person. What a first impression! Some reviews said only one working elevator. There is one by garage entrance but two by front desk area that work. A very pleasant experience for us. We parked car (pay by scan) and used Uber the rest of our stay!

The hotel is old and tired. There are four elevators, two appeared abandoned and one was broken, leaving one available for a building with 11 floors. HVAC made a gurgling sound even when off, and when on would not cool. Key cards had to be reset multiple times. Parking garage ground floor was okay, but first level was littered and smelled of beer. The location was great and staff were fine, room was kept clean although coffee was never replenished during our four night stay.
