"Self check in. Not a hotel. It has cockroaches in the kitchen. Sink has a smell. Beds are clean, bathroom is clean. Complete appliance for cooking. Matress and Pillows are comfortable. Sheets are clean. The place is quiet. Nice place to chill. The price I paid I think is too much since the water heater is not working and the services and amenties I'm expecting from a hotel are not provided. I might come back but it depends, the price should be lower imo."

However, there were some issues that affected our experience. My sister found the air conditioning unit to be excessively loud, which significantly disrupted her sleep. The breakfast served was adequate, though nothing exceptional. Overall, Brizo Hotel and Resort Tagaytay offers a mixed experience with some room for improvement."
