The building is made of wood, very local, very quiet, and the facilities are a little old. The front desk was very kind and the experience was very comfortable. The hotel phone number given by Ctrip was wrong.

Nice place in a quieter part of Saracenbay. Friendly service, fantastic lady who offers various massages in the spa. Good food in the restaurant. The only downside are the sand flies, which spoil the fun and make it impossible to sit on the beach. Even on beach beds…

Nice hotel, helpful staff, convenient location, there are bars and shops nearby, the hotel also has a good restaurant, good breakfast. There are free SUPs, the sea is excellent.

It was my first time to go to Koh Rong Sanloem and it was a very nice place.
The only path to the hotel is a sandy beach, so I think a backpack is a good idea.
Also, there was low electricity for about half the day, so it's a little difficult to get used to it.
