Nice room with great bathroom with tub, semi-outdoors. The resort is very pretty with lots of lovely day-beds but they should have waiters coming round for food and drinks orders, which would be perfect.
Decent restaurant but it’s dead in the evening since they don’t bother to make the bar up with candles or music and everybody therefore goes to nearby restaurants and bars instead. Beach is quite nice in this area and they leave it quite natural.

We had a room overlooking this magnificent beach. What a haven of beauty, peace and tranquility this place is. We absolutely loved it and it was the perfect billing for 5 days of relaxation following 6 weeks of quite a hectic schedule travelling around SE Asia. Their breakfast’s were particularly good and whilst their dinner menu is not the most expansive, there are plenty of restaurant options a short walk up the beach to the busier part. The staff could not have been more helpful here and I loved our room. Be sure to request a sea view room! I highly recommend!

We stayed here for 5 nights. The sea view rooms were fantastic, right on the beach. Lovely inside/outside showers and comfortable beds with lots of room. The location is just stunning and the contemporary building settled well into the landscape. Breakfast was also excellent. The team there were super nice and helpful throughout.

The hotel is great! The property seems to be new, the rooms are really lovely and really clean! The balcony on the hillside rooms has such a great view, the rooms are also really peaceful and quiet.
Breakfast is great! Beach is beautiful, cabanas and kayaks free to use. Would definitely recommend!

Выбирала этот отель я долго и мучительно, выискивая на всех сайтах информацию. В итоге, всё-таки он оказался лучшим на острове. И это действительно так. Во-первых, тут отличный сервис. И несмотря, на некоторые ошибки персонала, они их исправляли быстро. Во-вторых, завтраки. Тут нет шведского стола и какого-то разнообразия, но еда вкусная. Особенно я подсела на местную желтую лапшу. И очень вкусно, и порция прям на двоих. Когда я сказала, что мне мало фруктов, мне каждое утро стали приеосииь отдельно тарелку фруктов. Из плюсов: ✅отличный большой пляж, а на пляже огромные мягкие кровати с балдахином, а рядом лежаки, для тех, кто хочет полежать на солнышке прям на кромке моря. Пляж этот очень хорошо чистится с 7 утра. Тут была гроза, на следуюший день к берегу прибило мерно мусора и водорослей. Так персонал убирал всё полдня, пока пляж и заход в воду стал чистым. ✅ Идеальная уборка номера. Вот прям придраться не к чему!!! Каждый день меняют полотенца. Дают два полотенца для ног. Всегда нереально белоснежные полотенца и постельное белье (такое ощущение, что и постельное белье меняют каждый день) ✅ Отличный выбор принадлежностей для ванной: мыло, шампунь, кондиционер, пкна для ванной (да, для ванной, которая выглядит настолько шикарно в пальмах и наполовину на улице, что хочется слелатл фотосессию в ней) и лосьон для тела. ✅ Очень мягкая и просто огромная кровать, с таким же нереально огромным одеялом!!! И очкеь удобная. У меня ни разу не заболела спина, и даже шея не еыла, что новорит о высоком качестве подушек. ✅ И, самое главное, персонал. Очень доброжелательный, если что- то не нравится, они стараются решить проблему. Особенно хочу отметить менеджера Gen. Она прям очень быстро и оперативно всё решала. Я прошлась по всем отелям вдоль пляжа Сарацин, и пригла к выводу, что этот отель лучший. Я обязательно сюда еще вернусь.
