Thank you for your hospitality!) Great hotel, very clean, beautiful grounds, wonderful beach and warm pool (we were there during the rainy season, so it was cool in the evening and morning). Incredibly delicious food in the restaurant, wonderful massage.
The rooms in this hotel are of high quality, with a sea view and a wonderful large balcony)
We were there only for 1 night, but enjoyed every minute of our stay.

No atmosphere. Prices absurd. No blankets we could request. That was also the case with towels. 1 pillow. Staff behind the bar paid no attention. I think that is bad for a 5 star hotel. That was the case with all other hotels. Have often been to 5 star hotels but this was the worst. The only plus point was that next to the hotel on the beach you had a great bar tent where the atmosphere was great and full. And the view was beautiful. We would not return

A very poor value for money resort, the facilities are very old and not maintained at all, everything is broken, there is not even a quilt at night, even the bowls are chipped. The only selling point of the resort is a swimming pool and a beach, but you can't snorkel in the sea to see any fish. I originally stayed in a resort with inconvenient transportation in the hope of snorkeling and seeing fish. The restaurant is expensive and tastes bad, the service staff is perfunctory, and it feels like if you can't make some money here, they will become perfunctory. There is also a diving center in the hotel, but the attitude and price are not worth recommending. In short, this is a very unrecommended resort. It is the most broken, dirty and unworthy hotel I have stayed in during my ten-day trip to Indonesia.
