Very nice resort. We stayed there for rest and was successful. The rooms are very big and comfortable. The staff was very polite and nice, always asking for our needs, at the reception, the restaurants and the swimming pool. The food in the restaurants is good. Very nice stay.

The room is big, comfortable and clean. The service is also good. However, the location is remote. You can only eat in the hotel. The taxi-hailing app is almost unusable and the hotel's car is also very expensive.

the hotel is new, everything is great, the sea is excellent, the rooms are big and all have a view of the ocean, the staff is super nice, at some point you get tired of smiling back at them :) in the end, after living for a few days in another hotel, we returned here

Really nothing but praise for this gem on Lombok island. The hotel is brand new, but I honestly think this will be the number 1 resort in the coming years. No matter its a family vacation, or a romantic getaway for couples, this place has it all. From the unparalleled service, to the amazing food… to some of the most breathtaking sea views on planet earth, this place has it all. From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, your stay here will be an unforgettable experience. Truly a highly recommended hotel for anyone heading to Lombok.

It’s one of the best hotels I ever stayed. The team is super professional and friendly. They shared the restaurants’ menu, activity schedules prior to my checkin vis email. And they are very responsive if you have any question. The beach is private and I truly enjoyed the tranquility and privacy which is rarely found in other places. The staff is attentive, genuine and helpful. (Thank you Julio, Amanda and all other staff) they made me feel like I was chatting with friends. They could call me by my name and provided cool drinks, towel, and ice creams when I sat on the beach. Also I love all those little twists in the room, the beach bag, hat, slippers, and bathrobe. They really stand out from those typical marriott hotels. I will definitely come back.
