The new luxury open-concept kitchen features a quartz countertop, 42" wooden cabinets, brand new stainless appliances, and a tile backsplash with LED dimmable lighting. The renovation also included new flooring throughout the kitchen and main living area, new ceiling treatments and paint. The master features a tiled walk-in shower . The guest bath has a tub with tile and a glass shower door. Both bathrooms have quartz countertops, updated lighting and mirrors. Relax on our 3rd floor balcony while enjoying the panoramic views of the courtyard and the bay. We don’t face any other units, so your stay here will be peaceful and private. We are located in the relaxing Bay Side Suites, with private beach access across the complex. The bay side pool has a spa area, tables with umbrellas, chairs, and a grilling area. Enjoy watching boats pass by or fish off the pier. You’ll have easy access to our unit via the large elevators with rolling luggage and shopping carts provided. There is free Wi-Fi in our condo and throughout. Laundry facilities are located on each floor. The master opens up to the balcony, with a nice view of the royal palm trees and lovely courtyard fountain. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a luxury pillow-top mattress and comforter. Two night stands, lamps, a large dresser and full length mirror complete the furnishings. A large walk-in closet contains built-in shelving and plenty of space for clothing and luggage. Enjoy the wall-mounted 48” Sony LED smart flat screen TV in the master bedroom with internet capability (including Pandora radio). The en suite luxury bath with a tiled walk-in shower completes the master suite. The guest bedroom comes complete a queen size and a twin bed, both with luxury pillow-top mattresses. This room sleeps 3 comfortably. It features a large walk-in closet with built-in shelving, dresser and a 32” LED flat screen TV. A fully remodeled en suite bath with shower tub combo, plus hair dryer and ample counter space completes the guest room. Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need to cook and entertain in style. Wine glasses, knives and all appliances (including a coffee maker, blender, juicer, toaster, toaster oven) are included. The kitchen opens up to the tiled dining area, with a table that can accommodate 6 people. Enjoy the view of the palm trees from the leather sofa and 2 reclining chairs in the newly painted living room. Or watch television on the 55” Sony LED flat screen TV. There is a HD Prime Bulk/HBO cable package as well. The entertainment center is stocked with board games and cards the whole family can enjoy.
