Beautiful structure immersed in the greenery of the Sienese countryside in an atmosphere of quiet and relaxation. Good location with Distance from the S. Francesco parking 4km. The host immediately proved to be friendly and helpful. The room that was reserved for us (lavender) offered the beautiful Siena in the background (photo) the only flaw was the cleanliness we found a bit of dust and the pillow covers with hair and dirty (photo). Breakfast both sweet and savory with the owner who made us find cakes drinks and desserts made on the spot. A positive note is the flexibility of the entry and exit times. All in all a good experience, recommended for short stays in Siena.

I recommend this place. 10 minutes from the center of Siena, a truly delightful little place. With private parking. The owners are rare in kindness. I loved the super comfortable bed and the soft blankets, breakfast is noteworthy, essential for me! Coffee, cappuccino, juices and herbal teas with plenty of choice. Excellent yogurt, granola cereals, freshly toasted bread and mini croissants. Fresh fruit and jams made by the lady, truly excellent. I attach some photos to show you the noteworthy panorama.

Such a beautiful setting with lovely people running the place as well as those visiting. The breakfast each morning was a treat with hot, cold and sweet options. Our room was very comfortable, bed included. The farmhouse is unique and enjoyable to explore. The views are beautiful.

Such a gorgeous house, beautifully decorated with unique rooms, sitting out areas, outside breakfast area and swimming pool looking over Siena. The hosts are kind and generous, the breakfasts a social affair at a long table outside. With over three generations of family history, and four hundred years of the house history, we felt privileged to stay there. Easy access to Siena - walking or driving. Fabulous.

Stunning house and hosts. I am in awe of Leticia and her husband love and care for their home which is now their business. The property is breathtaking the reception area welcomed you with loads of their beautiful portraits and I can see how much history these walls hold. Everything is impeccable and Leticia and her husband are a force. I hope every guests that enters their home is loving back to them as they are with their guests.

The place is incredible! We loved everything: the welcome, the well-kept spaces, the outdoor terrace where we had breakfast, the accessible rooms with family and local decorations (kitchen, living room, dining room), the beautiful bedroom, and the best part... a superb swimming pool with an incredible view of Siena. We had a fantastic week here, walking into Siena each day and enjoying the beauty of Tuscany. The accommodation was excellent, the breakfasts amazing and the atmosphere magic. Getting to know the locals and the history of Siena and the contradas made it a truly wonderful experience. Couldn't recommend more highly.

An enchanting place to say the least, immersed in the Sienese hills with a magical view of the city of Siena. A farm surrounded by greenery and tranquility, a clean swimming pool with a view of the city, an outdoor pergola for breakfast that was always well-kept and stocked for every taste, our room was suitable in size and always clean. The farm is made up of a ground floor with a small living room and kitchen that can be used by guests, and a first floor with another small living room and kitchen, a dining room in case of bad weather. The real strength that makes this place magical are the two owners Letizia and Corsino, what can I say...welcoming, kind, friendly and always attentive to the guest.
